My experience with the store in Miami has been very disappointing. First the customer service at the sales end is lacking in knowledge and honesty. They charged me $100 for refrigerator icemaker installation and when they got to my house they say that the hundred dollars was for just screwing in the hoses not really an installation. I purchased a summit model FFBF191SSIM. This product has a factory design defect. The second drawer on the refrigerator side freezes everything you place inside it. I contacted Drimmers and they sent a repair person who told us nothing could be done about it. Summit insists that is the way the refrigerator is designed but there's no mention of this drawer being a freezer in the manual. The manual states that this is a "crisper drawer". Results are that I am stuck with a refrigerator that is only 13 ft.³ and more than half of it is freezing temperature. Dreamers did nothing about it except tell me I would have a 30 percent restocking fee. They acknowledged that they understood the problem but they did not stand by their customer. I highly recommend that you go elsewhere when buying an appliance this company will not back you up when there is a problem.
Waited 1 month for my gas dryer and washer and dryer were suppose to be delivered same day today 2-6 Driver called no Washer and he knew nothing about a washer he just has the dryer on the truck....Store was suppose to call me when the dryer came in to the warehouse and they never did, now the manager cant fit me in for delivery for a few more days or my husband can go pick it and get a hernia....wow...HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FOLLOW UP BY SALES PERSON.....NEVER BUY THERE AGAIN.....MANAGER WASN'T EVEN HELPFUL...HIS ANSWER WAS THEY ARE BOOKED

There is a long wait. They are very rude and you have to wait hours before getting any thing resolved. It is almost impossible to make an appointment. I always have to ask for the Manager and they are also rude and delay in resolving issues.
I went to this apple store in mid December 2016. I had to make a line to talk to a guy to let him know what I was there for. After about 15 minutes it was my turn. I told him that I just wanted to replace the battery on my old mc book. He told me that I have to wait One and a Half hour to talk to a technician to review my request. I proposed to leave the computer and come back some other day when they get it ready. Answer was a big NO. YOU HAVE TO WAIT.I ended up buying a supposedly original battery from amazon and installed myself in less than 5 minutes.
