Worst customer service ever I bought 2 new phone 4 months ago both of them battery doesn't hold charge for more then 7 hours. i got Appointment I came to replace the phones spoke to JESSIE the store manager and he try to give me a refurbished phones I will never spend a penny with apple again.ill sale the phones and find my self android solution.

Waited 1 month for my gas dryer and washer and dryer were suppose to be delivered same day today 2-6 Driver called no Washer and he knew nothing about a washer he just has the dryer on the truck....Store was suppose to call me when the dryer came in to the warehouse and they never did, now the manager cant fit me in for delivery for a few more days or my husband can go pick it and get a hernia....wow...HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FOLLOW UP BY SALES PERSON.....NEVER BUY THERE AGAIN.....MANAGER WASN'T EVEN HELPFUL...HIS ANSWER WAS THEY ARE BOOKED

There is a long wait. They are very rude and you have to wait hours before getting any thing resolved. It is almost impossible to make an appointment. I always have to ask for the Manager and they are also rude and delay in resolving issues.

Moe, the Head bag of dirt, lies out his a.., like its something to do.These Punks are the worst people you will ever deal with.It brings me Great Joy to my heart, to see Dell's stock crash.OK now if you have a problem with this trash, what you need to do is call your Credit Card company and tell them you want to dispute the Alienware charges.Now your credit card company may say you can only go back 6 month's from the purchase date. Mine went back over 8 month's ( I have a feeling the Credit card companys know that Alienware is trash). Do not play their lying a.. games. Pure TRASH and if you have a problem that is not a quick fix, you are forgotten.
My Dell experience has been a nightmare. I ordered a graphics card for the Alienware Graphics Amplifier. It was never delivered. I've called Dell on numerous occasions. Each time I get a different answer (still no graphics card). Finally, after three weeks, I'm told that this card is not available. After all this, I discovered that my credit card had been charged for this nonexistent graphics card. This has been the most time consuming, frustrating, and un-rewarding experience that I've ever had with a company. They kept giving me false information. I will never deal with this company again.
