Horrible, horrible, horrible!!! Freddy has no idea what he is doing. I needed to send highly important documents to a P.O. Box and he sent it using FedEx. I went on FedEx's webpage and it clearly states they do not deliver to P.O. Box. Shouldn't he have known that???? So now, my package was sent to an alternate address of the organization I was originally trying to send it to and will need to be re-sent to the correct one. On top of that, when I call to complain, he tells me he is going to call me back and he doesn't. He doesn't even have the decency to refund me my money for the HUGE mistake that HE did. What kind of morals does this man have? Shameful! Absolutely zero knowledge and zero customer service skills. I will NEVER recommend using this place.
This store "packaged" and shipped $10,000 worth of art from an auction and destroyed the contents of each package due to their negligence. On top of their lack of knowledge the person (Jorge) who answered the phone could neither speak English nor write down a number (that I understand, but at least someone who can communicate should follow up on the 5 voicemails I left). The owner, (Freddy?) eventually foisted their crappy service off onto UPS. The issue was simple, the boxes chosen were too large and were not filled with enough packing material, and the corners were not covered. In one picture you will see that they covered two corners but left two others uncovered - perhaps in a hurry? Either way take note that Pakmail Kendal steals packing materials from the USPS and uses the boxes your tax dollars pay for in their business. Bottom line, the pictures shifted in transit resulting in two broken frames, on the Deutsch oil paintings and a totally destroyed Kahlo original water color.

Trying to contact a customer service rep and I keep getting voice mail. I need to query a product I haven't received a month ago.
SCAM! They called the business I work for. I work in shipping, so they asked for our shipping address stating that someone specific in our company had made an order for packing tape. I checked on it. Nobody at our business made any kind of deal or even knows of this company. I called back to let the contact person Bob Taylor know I was aware of this scam and not to send anything here. He was very combative and hung up on me. DO NOT ANSWER THE CALL FROM THIS NUMBER
