This location just denied me service. It is stated online that you close at 11 pm, I arrived at 10:30 pm, the doors were locked with customers inside and employees refused to open the doors to me and my friend. I waited 5 minutes hoping somebody would open and nothing. So I called while I was standing outside and the employee inside answered, I explained how online it says that they close at 11 pm and he said “yeah well we’re closed”. I am very upset and disappointed. I am a frequent shopper at this location and Aldo in general. It’s disappointing that you allow this time of service to customers. I won’t be returning to Aldo in general.
When I asked the price of a summer hat after telling me the price (24,90 $) the seller asked me: "What did you think? That is would cost like 10 $?" Then when we were about to pay they made us buy t-shirts saying they had a special offer that day which included getting a t-shirt for the price of the printing which was 8,99 $. When she said the final price of our purchase it was about 130 $ and when I said that it can't be so much they claimed to have told me that it the pirice for the t-shirts was from 8,99 $ and charged us the price of t-shirts sized XL even though we bought two t-shirts for our children and one of the adult size t-shirts was XS. So I would say that they literally stole our money and then accused me for not understanding or listening to them. Very rude customer service, I'm not happy at all.
Got the best selection on custom t-shirts and the best rated. The sales people were super nice and polite. They even exchange my shirt for free. Awesome sauce!

Employee Karla likes to rip customers off and then insult your intelligence when you come back and try to return it because she rang you up wrong to begin with. She says no refunds and "You can't read". She made me add it up in front of her and then told me I added up wrong and charged me more. She said she was going to give me a good deal for buying more than 1 mug and then decided to ring everything up for more than they were originally priced. The other sales associate said if I had a problem to come back and fix it before 11pm so I did and Karla wouldn't give me my money back but wanted to give me merchandise in place of it. RUDE. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.
Fraudulent Business practices.... COUNTERFEIT Handbags that are overpriced.... Last July, Prague Princess sold a Counterfeit Pink Prada bag they REFUSED to refund the money.The owner said that when people shop with them, it is Buyer Beware.... I am NOT making that UP.... here is the email that Alena's business partner sent in regards to the FAKE Prada that was bought for $2,100 .....I am writing from Alena'a email and am replying as her business partner... she has tried to act in good faith between the consignee and the purchaser and rectify any issue. I have informed her that this is not her concern and as the purchase was a consigned and used item, their is no warranty. Our policy is as follows:1. Alena takes consigned articles in and authenticates them to the best of her knowledge, she is not responsible for that authenticity. If you want articles that are guaranteed authentic, please go to the Chanel shop and buy your goods at full price. 2. The store has a return policy of exchange only, please bring the bags into the store undamaged and with the original receipt and you can exchange for other goods.Consignment stores require knowledge of products. If you had any doubt due to price and wear and look, you should not of purchased it, it is buyer beware only.
