Horrible experience!!! I used to go here a lot because I thought they did a pretty good job. However, today was my last time for the following reasons: I drove in and asked for a regular basic wash (price posted $15). I go in to pay and the owner charges an extra $5 to my credit card for a deluxe wash b/c he said that I had bugs on my front bumper. He never said a word to me when I pulled in about the extra cost! He refused to issue me a refund and told me that I must pay. Unbelievable rudeness and a total lack of customer service. To make matters worse, the wheels were still very dirty, and their disgusting towels left streak marks and swirls all over my car. They also did a shabby vacuuming job. I don't know what happened to this place but I strongly discourage anyone from going here.
