        DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST! Florist/Owner of Surf Florist, Miami Beach Flowers and Bel Harbour Flowers-Chaim Casper, forgot our wedding flowers on our special day November 5th. We even confirmed a week before with the owner and he said "no need to re confirm". Called on Saturday but the shop is closed (who's closed on a Saturday?)...no one to call. No flowers for the wedding...disaster! Only offered us $100 credit. Should have been at least $1000 penalty for what he did. Wedding ruined!

        Apperently He contracted our wedding flowers out to another florist and did not tell us. Incredibly un-professional since he's been in the business over 30 years.
