We (my friend and I)booked a city and boat tour (86 dollars) for the next day. 3/25/10. THey said a tour bus would pick us up at our hotel the Hyatt. We waited until no one showed and then we called. They said that they were having a problem with their bus driver and they would send someone to pick us up. I should add that we are 2 females. 2 guys in a black SUV arrive to pick us up the windows were so dark that you could not see inside the vehicle. They want 20 more dollars even though we had a reciept were we paid for the tour. We were not getting in that ride by ourselves. We called the company immediately and they said no problem we will refund your money. Well, I have called them every day for a while now and they refuse to give us back our money after they said they would. THE ONLY ADVICE I CAN GIVE IS DO NOT GIVE THESE THEIFS ANY OF YOUR MONEY!!! AND JOHN IS WHO BOOKED OUR TOUR, BUT HE NO LONGER EVER SEEMS TO BE THERE, EVEN WHEN I RECOGNIZED HIS VOICE HE SAID I AM NOT JOHN I AM HENRY. Yeah right give my money back its not right to lied and steal peoples money.

My wife wanted to take boat tour with our 3 yo son and we came to the office and they told us to come next day at 1.30 and told us that toddler will have tour for free.
Next day when we came we were charged for my wife $42 and toddler $32 and had to wait for 40 min for the bus to take them to the boat. When they arrived at the shore the boat was gone and the bus guide Tony left them alone at the shore stating that they have to wait for 2 hours for another boat. I had to drive to peak them up from the shore and when we returned to the office to get our money back the owner stated that we could off wait for 2 hours and get the next boat despite of my wife telling him that she did not plan to use the later boat and needed tour at that time HE REFUSED to give money back.
Bad experience with company workers not talking to each other, charging you for service which they promice but CAN NOT provide and not refunding your money.

We reserved the Miami City and Everglades tour. When we made the reservation, we were told that since our hotel is in Brickell street, Miami, we need to take a cap from our hotel to be picked up in downtown Holiday Inn.
When we were asked how are we paying, I told them that we are using the Go Miami Card.
The main reason that we are buying the Go Mami Card was becuase we thought the tour itself is worth about $99 dollar, so it makes buying the 3-days Go Miami Card a good deal.
The story goes like this, we called, made the reservation 2 days before hand. The day before out tour, I called again to confirm if there is only one Holiday Inn in downtown, across from Bayside Market Place, and we were told there is only one Holiday Inn, and we had the right one. We were assured that we wil be picked up by 9am this tour company doesn't even closed.
On the morning of Sep/16th, we set the alarm clock and wake up at 6:30 am, gotten ready and had some breakfast in Little Havana. We started waiting for them at 8:30 am inside Holiday Lobby. We are watching closely for every tour bus that come by. At 8:50, I even went outside and waited for them there while my wife gets to wait in the comfort of the air-con zoned.
Come 9:15 am, still no shows, I started calling their 305-865-9999 number. It went straight to voicemail.
I kept calling every 5 minutes. Comes 10 am, I was getting desperate. I even started calling the Go Miami Card. Talked to Brian and try to get his help to track down an alternate number for Infinity Tour.
He put me on hour, and gets back to me about 15 minutes later and told me he is having the same problem. His calls went directly straight to voice mail.
I tried to file a complaint with Go Miami Card, Brain said the complaint will be noted, but there is nothing he can really do about. As for us, he cannot compensate or do anything to comfort us either, since we have not lost any money. It seems like all the sacrifices we made, the times we spent waiting for them them are not worst anything.
I was able to get into all the others attractions with the Go-Miami Card, but I really don't need to be stood up by this worst tour company in Miami - Infinity Tour.
I am speculating that Go-Miami Card may have compensate less than the $99 full price for the tour, that is why there stood us up. There should have just let us know before hand that there cannot honor the tour.
I am so mad, and I hope by sharing my review actually helps you guys for booking the tour. Your should not let know that you are using the Go Miami Card as a method of payment. Don't get stood up !!!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND. MY WIFE AND I WENT ON THE EVERGLADES AND MIAMI CITY TOUR AND IT WAS GREAT. SO MUCH TO SEE AND DO. THE TOUR GUIDE EXPLAINED EVERYTHING. WE ENJOYED THE AIRBOAT RIDE IN THE EVERGLADES AND ALSO THE MIAMI CITY TOUR ALL AROUND THE CITY. THANK YOU SO MUCH GUYS. WE HAVE BEEN ON MANY TOURS AROUND THE WORLD AND THIS EXPIRIENCE MADE A DIFFERNECE!

If you have a car you're better off driving to everglades yourself. We were the 1st one's to be picked up because of our hotel location, and the last one's dropped off. So, we drove around for 1 hour each way picking & dropping off customers. this did not include the drive out to the everglades. We didn't return until 2:40 to our hotel having left the everglades at 1:00 p.m. I didn't think it was very considerate. The brochure clearly states returning between 1:30 and 1:45 p.m.
