Dr. Michelle Leve is a clinical psychologist and sports psychologist in Miami Beach, Florida. Dr. Leve received her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the New School for Social Research in New York. Dr. Leve’s client-centered approach to strengthen mental well-being is focused on helping individuals to take their lives, feelings, and relationships to optimum levels. She works closely with her clients to understand what are the hurdles that get in the way of being their best selves, enabling them to have deeper self-awareness and to develop the skills they need to have peak performance in their personal and professional lives. She is passionate about bringing the athlete mentality to those beyond the sport community. Her clients include: Entrepreneurs, Busy Moms, Teams, Coaches, Actors, Executives, Lawyers, Students, and, Business Owners. Dr Leve’s areas of expertise include enhancing mental health and wellness and coping with painful emotions like sadness, worry, depression, and anxiety. Dr. Leve also works with clients who have experienced trauma. She specializes in family and relationship conflict, helping clients to learn the skills needed to mend difficult relationships. Dr. Leve has also spent many years conducting research and working in women’s mental health and wellness.
