Rude staff, charged before arrival, asked for security deposit. When told I was not satisfied he said that's how it is ... ???

Amazing looking forward to visiting and touring city and also rechecking into all of the amenities available.
We had a great time photographing Ryan's Bar Mitzvah at The Basement in The Miami Beach Edition. There were so many things for the kids to do (Bowling, Ice Skating, party, etc.) and the adults have a lot of fun too. Their staff was very professional and friendly. We look forward to more events together.
Their rooms are dirty, the front desk has horrible customer service and I found roaches in the room.... there are better places to stay at in Miami Beach rather than this lousy hotel.
This may be they swankiest hotel I've ever stayed at! Ultra modern decor with a staff that is incredibly attentive.
We photographed the wedding of Ricki & Brandon this past weekend at Eden Roc and we were just amazed with all the beautiful places around the hotel to take pictures of the lovely couple. The ceremony was by the Pool and overlooking the ocean. The staff was super friendly and professional. Eden Roc is definitely a Venue to take in consideration when planing an event!
This hotel is horrible. They add an extra charge of $34 a day even when you book through somewhere else and they say all resort fees included. Plus watch out for the extra 18% gratuity charge with every order. What a horrible experience for my birthday. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone ever. If you do go make sure your bank account has an extra $300 just for the hotel fees alone.
One of the loveable place, fantastic service, quality food.
I have lived in Miami Beach for 35 years. When friends are in town I always like to take them there. This year we made reservations for Christmas Eve. 2 of my friends were in town from Italy. I should have listened to my first instinct, which said; leave now this was a bad idea. First they sat us near the door and the register. The place was crowed with way too many people pushed together on the patio. The menu was a joke, the prices ridiculous and the food was a nightmare. I grew up 25 years in an Italian Restaurant. I ordered Linguini & clams $29.00 it was horrible the whole night was a bust. 3 of us and the bill was $439.00 that also included 4 shoots of vodka and 2 Margarita's.. I wish I had spent that $$$$ in the grocery store and hired a chefSave your money it truly was not worth the time nor the effort. Just another old hotel trying hard to remain hip.. So over priced....
Had a great time. The hotel is in a great spot near the beach and bar scene. Staff were nice. Hotel was clean. Only thing bad thing was the pool was not open for our stay , June 25-27
