Yesterday I was told by Karim That you would NOT repair the power steering pump on the 2005 Honda Pilot I recently purchased from you, without charging me. I figured I would give you one last chance to back up the product that you sold, and repair the safety issue free of charge as an appropriate customer care action. Since talking on the phone was fruitless, this is my next option. If doing right by your customers is not how you choose to run your business, I will make sure every person I know understands exactly how you conduct business.
