If I could give the sales department a "0" I would. I feel sales and finance representatives are misleading their customers in the hope they will utilize particular lenders, possibly for kick-back. Complaint to upper management resulted in a memo filled with false statements used to protect his dealership and employees.

Best ever car buying experience. Gave Royal Honda's on-line sales rep the price I'd researched on a new CRV. He got back to me with confirmation. Visited to sign papers. No pressure from financial manager when I declined extras. Professionals in all categories. Service Dept. is well run. I return for oil changes and wait in comfort.

I came to Premier Nissan, without an appointment, to have my regular servicing. After a 5 minute wait, I was helped. My wait was not long at all. Everyone I came in contact with was very friendly. Very poor service department. Brought my accord coupe in for oil change and tire rotation along with multi-pointe inspection. Arrived for my 9:30 appointment and was told car would be ready in a couple of hours. Did not receive call all day so I called at 5:00 and was told they were still working on the vehicle??? Picked it up and when I got home checked and noticed none of the fluids were topped off and there was no mention of any inspection. When I called the only response was to bring it back in and they would then do the inspection which would again inconvenience me. No customer service and poor attitude.
Our salesperson, Melvin McElveen was extremely helpful and gave us a lot of information about the vehicles we were inquiring about. He met with us 2 times before we made the decision to buy the Nissan Rogue. We were very satisfied with Melvin's help, and we would recommend this dealership to our friends and family.
