Take 5 Oil Change

I visited this location over the weekend. They were friendly and I thought they checked everything out as they stated and checked off on the printout. After I left my 2007 Durango was making a noise but I didn't think anything of it. I had someone else check it out and my power steering fluid is almost empty. Why was it suppossedly check off the list as ok? Was it even checked? What else was not checked?

This 5 minute oil change gives the best service out of all the ones i have gone to , they wer very polite and took care of making sure that every vehicle that left that shop , your vehicle was in top notch conditon, the one and olnly thing is a man named Johhnie .This man was so rude and pushing around other employers to do stuff they didnt need to do. Also i COULD NOT UNDERSTAND WHAT THE HELL HE WAS SAYING.
