I had my Infiniti serviced las...

I had my Infiniti serviced last month and I received excellent care and concern from the service department. My service advisor was very well mannered and catered to every need. They are the BEST!

Infiniti vehicles and Ray Brandt Infiniti are Horrible

I have had nothing but problems with my car since I have bought it. Nothing is ever in stock when there is a problem, and there are a lot of problems. The parts under the hood are generic at best. I have had to replace the engine in an 8 year old car because the PLASTIC radiators that come in these cars split, and make your engine lock up. These cars look very nice, but that is about it. I was an Infiniti fan until I owned one. The dealership is not that much better. People are rude, they do not return calls, service stinks. Infiniti , and I mean from top to bottom are rip off artist.

Poor service and bad manners. The service department need to learn how to treat their customers with more respect. Tim, the service manager was the worst one there. He was very rude and ill mannered. I would rather drive to baton rouge then come back here next time.
