Zero stars, because ive got zero service. Granted it was a walk in,but the amount of excuses i've got was ridiciolous. After initial yes we can do it,crayze amount of cant do's followed.let s be clear, I wanted grooming saloon to wash my miniature pincher and to have his nails cut.He has all vaccines up date, and I had all papers with me.but his paw was broken 10 yrs ago,so I told them to use cauciom not to anything wild, and to maybe muzzle him. And then it started: oh we dont have a muzzle, then she realized they have one,but she added they cant muzzle him,and adding stuff, like go next door to Bienfeld clinic, maybe theyll take him,and so on and so on. By then I lost my will ,said thank you for nothing and walked out.she went back to other 2 groomers, and started chatting. Come on arent you grooming saloon and do they return every dog thats senior.
we frequet Petsmart grooming up to couple years back, but after this Ill make sure to spend my money somewhere else.apparently my phone doesnt allow me to make o stars, but that is what I AM GIVING PETSMART ZERO READ ZERO STARS,CUSTOMER SERVICE IS IN THE GUTTER!
Tried to adopt two kittens who were both ill and was told they were going back to St. Charles shelter to be looked at and cleared for anything serious. Left names and numbers for a callback and have called both Petsmart and St. Charles shelter several times and they will not call us back. I would not recommend adopting from Petsmart on Vets. Even if it was only $1.00!

They have a nice store, but they need to leave the obedience training to the professionals. This ?PetSmart? group of people teach their students to bribe their dogs to do something by offering a food reward. All of the large pet food warehouses (I.E. PetSmart, Petco , or the Monks of New Skeet etc) sponsor this category of ineffective training because they feel it's politically correct. The problem with training in this manner is that the dogs often choose to not do what?s asked because there is a distraction more important than the food, or there is no food reward offered. These dogs end up being pushy, dominant and often antisocial aggressive animals. These are the dogs that are turned into animal shelters as being un-manageable when in fact they act the way they do as a result of ineffective dog training. These people are not professional trainers. They don?t have a working knowledge of dog psychology, nor the experience to justify what they do. The store is out to make money. They don?t care about all the ruined animals, and bewildered owners left in their wake.
