I came in last minute to find a cocktail dress for a wedding I was attending and even tough the staff was super busy they found the CUTEST short bridesmaid dress! I never imagined a bridesmaid dress would be so adorable. I am not engaged yet but I know where I will be shopping when I am getting married :)
Dina and the other employees were so sweet! We ended up trying dresses past closing time and Dina didn't rush us and she even picked a veil to go with each dress I tried on. We were so impressed with how nice and patient she was! Unfortunately I fell in love with a dress from another store that didn't give us quite the experience she provided - but we will definitely come back for the accessories, mother of the bride, and flower girl dresses because she DEFINITELY deserves the sale! We loved it and we will be back soon! :)

Linda Lee's is so unorganized, the seamstress has a bad attitude, and the customer service is ridiculous, I would not recommend anyone going there, I should have followed the previous reviews, but thinking my experience would be different I went to Linda Lee's. Worst Mistake Ever!!!!!!!!

I have never been treated so poorly by any bridal shop ever! My daughter tried a dress on and ordered it for a wedding. The dress came in and it was the wrong one. Ms. V insisted that the one we got was the one ordered using the reasoning that she only gets one sample size in each style bridesmaid dress and she never had the one we were supposed to get in the size my daughter needed and tried on. My daughter distinctly remembers that Ms. V told her on the day we tried the dress on that the only reason she had the dress in a size 24 was because it was ordered for another person and the wedding was cancelled and the bridesmaid never came to pick up the dress. This was not a cheap dress. We paid $280.00 for a dress we didn't order. At Linda Lee Bridal the customer has no recourse and they make sure of that. Mrs. V made my daughter and I seem like we were crazy and liars even though we had a picture of the dress we were supposed to get. I'm reporting this to the Better Business Bureau but we are stuck with a $280.00 dress that my daughter has to wear for the wedding!!

I was very pleased with the friendly and thoughtful service that I received at Linda Lee. The woman who I was most pleased with Dina. She was extremely helpful in helping me make my dress perfect. I was getting a dress for my junior prom, and it was perfect. With Dina's help, I was able to get a dress that was very sought after. I want to thank Dina, and all of the other employees at Linda Lee's once again for their fine service.

I am the mother of a bridesmaid in my brother- in-laws wedding.All I can say is READ the contract,IF the wedding gets cancelled YOU LOSE ALL YOUR MONEY!!!!! even though they haven't een ordered the dresses yet.The wedding my daughter was in was cancelled due to health reasons with the bride.WE were lied to they said everytime you make a payment they send it to the dress company,like if you made a $20 a month payment up until the six month mark they sent that $20 to the dress company .Some of the bridemaids only had put the $20 deposit and we trying to do the right thing made payments and paid $75 total,a few of the bridesmaids paid the FULL $104 that was the requied half down to ORDER DRESSES .THE BRIDE PUT $600 down
now keep in mind she cancelled 2 months before the dresses were DUE to be ordered.So how is it fair that I loose $75 but the ones who didnt make a payment only loose $20 and the ones who paid half loose $104.I would understand if there was a maintenance fee that was equal for everyone but its not.YOU DO NOT GET A REFUND YOU CANNOT TRANSFER THE MONEY ,YOU CANNOT GET A DIFFERENT DRESS EVEN THOUGH THEY HAVEN'T ORDERED THE ORIGINAL DRESSES YET.YOU DO NOT GET A STORE CREDIT .MY DAUGHTER IS A SENIOR IN HIGH SCHOOL AND I ASKED IF I COULD USE THE MONIES PAID AS A CREDIT FOR A PROM DRESS ,I WAS TOLD NO

I've been looking for wedding gowns for months now. I walked into Linda Lee Bridal with a few minutes to look around. I was greeted upon entering, asked to fill out a card with wedding date and in a few minutes had a personal attendant, Shakeya help me find a dress. I found two or three to try on and she brought me to a nice curtained fitting room and when I was ready, helped me into the dresses. She was friendly and helpful. The place was clean and organized. I had no negative experiences with the staff. I found one dress that I really liked and will be going back with my maid of honor so she can give me her opinion. I'll post again my next experience with Linda Lee. I was shocked when I saw how many negative posts they have. Alot were about orders not being put it on time, alterations and rude employees. I can say I haven't had any rude employees, but I will be careful to follow up if I get the dress to make sure alterations and fitting are not a problem. So far, I have had a pleasant experience and will be going back.

I went to Linda Lee for my bridesmaid dresses. I ordered them in January of 2010 for a wedding in May of 2010. Linda lee said I would have to pay to rush the dresses so they didn't arrive a week before the wedding. I agreed to do so. Linda Lee forgot to rush the dresses and gave me the run a round for weeks. I would advise anyone never to go here for anything they are rude and unorganized. All they have done was add more stress to my wedding!!! Listen to all these reviews I wish I would have saw them before I went to Linda Lee..
I have gotten all of my bridesmaids dresses from Linda Lee.When the girls went to get fitted, 3 of my girls were told that they were going to have to pay extra due to their size being larger. After the dresses came in,1 of my girls dress was almost 3 sizes too big, and my lil sisters dress was at LEAST 3 sizes too big. After asking the people on why they insisted on ordering 2 sizes too large, they said thats how the sizes run, as if we are idiots. We know that they were just trying to get us to pay extra for the size 16 rather than the size 12. Yest. we took my sister to get fitted,n they took off 4 inches from the bottom of the dress,n at least 3in. from each side.Now to me, that trouble couldve been avoided by just ordering a smaller size.But instead they insist on this larger size,n then they charge you an extra $40 for alterations to get it to the size they shouldve ordered in the first place. As we were standing there, a blond lady was showing us the size chart for the dress maker. So we got a measuring tape (in front of the manager) n measured her. They had her measurement from her neck 2 ankle as 47 (which would be a size 16) when we measured her, she was a 44 (a size 12) Then we measured her hips, which they had as 30", the measurement was 27". After the lady was proven wrong,I said what kind of scam are ya running? Ya'll are upping peoples sizes to make them pay extra for a dress, when they wouldnt have to pay extra if you just ordered the right size. and not only that but on top of everything else they are making them pay EXTRA for alterations.They lady got very ugly with my mother and myself (the customers) inturn my mother stood up in front of the lady to let her know that she cannot speak to us in that manner, and the manager proceded to accuse my mom of getting in her face, which was not the case at all. Then the Manager insisted that the police be called. So we got my little sister dressed n got the money back from the alterations n left. This place was blantantly proven wrong, and got their behinds stuck in a crack with no way to get out, so they threaten to call the cops, when there was no reason for it! This place has given us nothing but throuble since the beginning. Not to mention that my wedding is on the beach and they were told, it was also written on my chart, that my bridesmaids were NOT wearing shoes, but they insisted that they order bigger so that "when you put shoes on, it still touches the floor" what part of "THEY ARE NOT WEARING SHOES" do you not understand? This place is horrible, and i will shout it to the skies until this company runs into the ground! This company is running a massive price scam, in order to take peoples money!!! The whole time we were there, this business, its managers, n employees were nothing but rude to their customers! I will not rest and neither will my mother until justice is served.

They handled my wedding with the greatest care, compassion and service. Linda Lee and Dina took care of all of my needs and I couldn't be more satisfied!! I think that the naysayers do not live up to their expectations when it comes to size and payments. This place has been in existance for 30 plus years. What more proff should you need in a business?? unfortunately the squeeky wheels get the grease!! I give them two thumbs up and if there were more than five stars, I'd give them more!! It just goes to show you that not everyone can be pleased!!! Good luck Dina and Linda Lee, I will recommend you to everyone!! Thanks.

i ordered my dress in december of 2008. my wedding is december of 2009. i went to pick up my dress this past friday and it did not fit. the consultant insisted that i would get it on and pushed me to take it home. the woman doing the alterations was telling me it wouldnt. of course i believed what i wanted to... that it would fit for my wedding so i took it home. after i left i decided to go show my mom where it was fitting tight. when i got there she was ib shock because even if i lost 15 or even 20 pounds, i was NOT getting in that dress. i decided to weigh myself to see if i truly did gain that much weiht. i am 7 lbs heavier now than i was in december, however i am still in the same jeans and all of my other clothes. my dress was about 5 inches from zipping in the back.... 7 pounds is NOT 5 inches! we called linda lee and asked for my original measurements because i am convined that the wrong size was orderd. they told me that i was 34 inches in the bust, 24 around the waist, and 27 around my hips. what a joke!! i havent been that small since i was in 6th grade! im not a big girl, but i am surely not considered ""skinny."" i measured myself and i am 37 inches in the bust (i know that didnt get any bigger because i wear the same bras) my waist is 41 inches.. you're telling me im 17 inches bigger... and only gained 7 pounds?! and my hips are 41 inches! i looked up a standard size chart on the internet and it looks to me like she read what a size 6 measurements were and thats wha they told me my measurements were (because thats the size dress i have) i am young and i have MANY friends who will be married in the next 2 or 3 years and i will tell them to NOT go through linda lee!!

Linda Lee called herself and is going to work out our problem. I will advise if it is a 5 star or not. Finally, they are working with us and that is all I ever asked.
Linda Lee has my daughter a new dress and it is in a month before the wedding. We had a major problem and she fixed it What we thought was so horrible turned out ok. We did have a wrinkled horrible dress for us to fix.

I went here because the bride was getting her dress here, therefore wanted all of her bridesmaids dresses ordered here. I found a dress I loved, eventhough the price tag was around 300 dollars. No big deal I figured, because it was good quality and I could wear it again. They had the sizing chart and my measurements, yet still said the chart was off and did not know what size to order. I am a 5/6 jean size and an 8 tops in dress size, yet they insisted on ordering my dress in a 10 with extra length. I didnt know what to say because I obviously am not the expert, and left it up to them. The dress came in and was at least 2 sizes too big, I refused to pay them extra for alterations, not to mention the dress was completely different than the one I tried on. They said because the one I tried on was a sample or something like that then they wouldnt be the same... okay, so whats the point in picking out a dress you like? At this point I was just done with them, they had been continuously rude and acted as if we were such a burden. The last thing I was going to do was pay them for their mistakes. It was as if they ordered dresses too big just to get the extra money for alterations. Now its a few days before the wedding, and even after a nice woman altered this dress, it still fits oddly. Its hard to completely chop up a dress and resize it! The bust is probably the size of a 36 DD when I am the average 34c... anyway, I would never EVER EVER reccomend going to this place. Ever. To put it simply, I think I could have gone to a place like David's Bridal and recieved better service, granted, the dress would not have been a better quality, but its not as if I can wear this one anyway. They certianly do not help wedding days beautiful. Terrible experience overall.

Linda Lee is a place that I would never recommend my family or friends to shop. I am a bridesmaid in an upcoming wedding and our dresses were rush ordered to arrive the last week of June. It is now second week of July and still no dresses. Even when they do arrive the fitting hours are ridiculous, three days a week for 4 hours. I had to pay a $40 fee to rush the dress only to find out they forgot to rush the order. When I called to check on the order the receptionist said the dress was due to arrive the first week of August (AFTER THE WEDDING!) the order had not even been placed. I spoke with a manager who after ten minutes on hold miraculously found where I had made the payment for the rush. She said she would order the dress that day, I think it is too little too late at this point. They have charged me a fee to rush, which they did not do. They have lied to me and just plain forgot to order my dress!!! Not the kind of thing to make an easy wedding day for the bride! Worst customer service I have ever experienced, DO NOT SHOP AT LINDA LEE BRIDAL!

First of all they ordered me the wrong head piece. They tried to make me pay for it. The piece was if you were going to wear your hair on top of your head I have short hair. When they fitted my dress the sides were puckered & I didn't get it back till 2 days before my wedding. My gloves didn't get in till the day before my wedding. They were going to bring them to as a sales person lived close to me. Being the day before I had alot going on & didn't follow up with them. THey neved showed up with my gloves but yet I had to pay for them. Stay away. they will lie, lie lie. I would give it no stars but I had to.
