I brought my son here to reward him for getting good grades but this place was absolutely terrible. I thought it would be a good place to go because I've heard their commercials about being the biggest laser tag around but I later found out that wasn't even true. The laser tag arena was so small I could run across it in not even 5 seconds. The staff was extremely rude and cocky. They say they also have the biggest arcade but just because you have a bigger space than other companies arcades and put less arcade games in total doesn't count in my book. Then then to finish it up we had some pizza(more like cardboard) i was surprised it was this bad because the reviews on yp were overall good but the place ended up being a waste of time. I took him to the other laser tag this week and while adventure quest isn't as new as this laser tag everything was 1000% better. And come to find out adventure quest actually has a much bigger arena and many more arcade games. Go figure.
This place is awesome! I had my son's 10th birthday there. The kids had a great time and the employees were very attentive! I didn't have to do anything. There is lots to do there from Laser Tag to mini bowling and even spinning bumper cars. Even the younger kids we invited had fun in the huge arcade and they got to go upstairs to the observation deck and tag their older siblings using the pods. A great time was had by all and we will definately go back! Can't wait for next year!!
I would tell my friend and family never to book parties at this establishment. They are not only misleading and rude, as long as they have your deposit in their hands you are NOT going to get it back. This past weekend I had a party for my 9 yr old daughter, and they told us when we went in to put deposit down that kids MUST be 7. so we made sure ALL THE KIDS WERE 7 years old. We have so many lil ones that couldn't attend and that was fine.. The group we had were 7. We got there , had to wait and wait for a party room b/c ours wasn't ready and then right before the kids went to play laser tag, the party instructor got out the height ruler? Now we have never played laser tag before this was our first experience... We said what is this for? The employee said to see if they are tall enough to play? I said what? All these kids are 7 years old that is what we were told they had to be 7.. Needless to say have the kids could NOT play because they were only 47 1/2 inch tall. WHAT? and you expect us to pay 250 dollars for 3 kids to play laser tag. And not only that - the manager and supervisor were very rude would not give us our deposit back, didn't even offer an apology or any tickets or bumper car rides for the shorter kids to play, they were supposed to sit in the party room doing NOTHING BECAUSE OF YOUR STAFF and what they DID NOT TELL us when we put deposit down.. We packed everything up and took the party else where.. Now I hope they are reading this review because I am contacting the BBB in this matter. They made us feel horrible, all those parents who brought their kids and they couldn't play-- They will not get away with this.. They at least shoud have compensated a little -- you have a very unhappy group of people, Our friends have now cancelled their parties from over there, so yes you might have kept MY DEPOSIT, but you lost hundreds-thousands in the long run.. I would never ever recommend this place to anyone, not even an enemy.. My rating is really NO STARS!! but unfortunately it wouldn't take it, I had to give them a star for their rating.. DO NOT HAVE YOUR KIDS PARTY HERE..I under the safety issue if it would have told to us BEFORE they had our money..
This is the BEST Laser Tag that I have ever been to! The staff members treat you great, and they keep the place very clean and organized. They have plenty of games for all ages, and even have spinning bumper cars! Their arena is huge and they play great techno music. They also have reasonable arena rules. But over all I would not suggest going to any other laser tag but this one!
(In response to the review below) Actually, if what you say is true, you only spent $22.50. That leaves $8.50 left to spend, with that $8.50 you could have played another game of laser tag, or had 38 credits to spend in laser tags huge arcade. Even if you did spend $30.00 you are paying for over all quality when compared to other laser tags. They are more high-tech and safety minded. The customer service was fantastic and I felt at home there. $30 seems a harmless price to pay when you feel your child is safe and knowing the equipment wont break. You are paying to play in an arena where you can see flashing lights, foggy jungle like atmosphere, have high energy music and dont have one place where you can stand and win. It makes you want to play again and you come out knowing that paying $6.25 a game wasnt so bad after all.

I recently had my child's party there and I had a blast! The staff is friendly and helpful, giving me a hand since i had never been there before. They also have open games not reserved for parties that anyone can enter. I'm taking some of my friend's from work. Very fun...
