        My husband brought my car here for an oil change last night. This morning on my commute there was a loud rattling noise, my car is usually very quiet. I looked under the car when I arrived at work and the guard underneath was hanging down on the front passenger side. I work at a high school and the resource officer and welding teacher were kind enough to put a tie where one of the bolts was missing so I could drive home. My husband returned to this Jiffy Lube so they could fix the problem and refund our money. They fixed it but refused to refund the money saying I had hit something based on the amount of damage underneath. I did not hit anything but I did drive 20 miles on the interstate going 60-70 mph...with a hanging guard the whole way. Very disappointed. Will NOT return.
