Abc Repairs

"Ken", aka Mike, (He took a call while working on my dryer and told them, " my name is Mike, oh, I mean my name is Ken. My name is Ken.) is a rude and incompetent liar. I called him to reattach the gasket to my dryer door. After working almost two hours he said he wanted to go watch a repair video. When I went down to our condo garage to see if he was watching the video in his truck, he was about to drive off. When asked when he would return he said that he would have to check his schedule but that it would be several days. He left me with the dryer door still off, so now it was unusable. Do not use "Ken" !! He was rude when setting up the appointment, so I should have listened to my intuition and not used him, but I was anxious to get it fixed and he was going to be less expensive. Do not let him near you or your appliances...I found him creepy and very weird.

Beware. This guy will harass you and then rip you off.

WARNING !!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I called to have a refrigerator repaired that was not cooling. In the ad it states a $45.00 service fee, upon arrival I was told the fee would be $55.00 because I live on the Westbank of Jefferson Parish. He told me the refrigerator needed Freon. After the repair I was told it would be $110.00 and to make the check payable to him personally. I then received a hand written receipt stating in it "NO WARRANTY AT ALL ON FREON". Two days later the refrigerator was not working at all and all the content were lost. I called to see if he would try to remedy the problem and was told "Well you need to buy another refrigerator". The only reason I am giving 1 star is because there is not a zero star rating.
