My experience at Mercedes- Benz was beyond my expectations in quality, service, friendliness, and flexibility. Mercedes-Benz of New Orleans was the dealer most willing to work with my specifications regarding price and vehicle. I previously owned a Mercedes, which was totaled in an accident. Not only did my old Mercedes keep me safe in the accident, but I returned to Mercedes to lease my second car after shopping around at Acura, BMW, Lexus, and Mercedes. The salesperson I dealt with was Paul Schwartz, and I found him to be eager and easy to work with. He followed up, and continued to search for the right vehicle for me in my price range until he found it. I am very pleased with his level of expertise regarding the vehicles he is selling, and I am very pleased with his continued follow up. I anticipate remaining in the Mercedes family for many years to come.
This is the first time I brought this vehicle for service, as I bought it from your Used Car lot. My vehicle was equipped with custom wheels and I realized the I couldn't locate the special wheel lock. Service told me to go to used cars to ask them about it. Used car "manager" told me since I purchased more than 30 days ago, there was nothing he could do. NO HELP! Parts guy told me there was nothing he could do, and to go back to service. NO HELP! Service sent me to GM's office. GM wasn't in, so Charles brought me to meet Danny, the service manager, who solved the problem, and located the special wheel lock in my vehicle. Basically many people passed the buck, except for CHARLES and DANNY. These guys were problem solvers, and made lemonade from lemons. I applaud these two gentlemen!
Horrible! We've contacted the dealership about questions since April, and never have gotten a call back so solved our own problems. A lot of things went wrong after buying the car. Not with the car itself but on the buyers end, I feel the service was the worst I've ever gotten. Being in school for business management and working in the service industry I know how things are supposed to be done. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone even if it had the car they wanted. This is just the story in a nut shell but it's way longer.
I got a call about scheduling an appointment due to a part of my car being on recall. It was great that I was fit in the schedule for the same day! I was helped quickly by a staff member (mark wagoneer, I believe). He went above and beyond to make sure that I was a satisfied customer. The wait time was longer than expected. I was fine with waiting, but he was very kind and apologetic anyway. Even though he was backed up, he still took the time to explain what he did with my car. Great experience!
My buying experience was exceptional. The entire staff was knowledgeable and courteous. I purchased a Titan Crew Cab. The vehicle has more options than I originally I thought wanted, at a much lower price than I expected to pay. Not only does my Titan look great, it also has the safety features I wanted. It's by far my favorite of any truck I've ever driven or rode in. I left the dealership knowing for a fact I got an awesome deal. I would highly recommend Premier Nissan to my family and friends.
I must say, 'it is a wonderful feeling coming to fun and exciting place to work everyday.' I have worked at places in the past where all they do is preach about having a positive attitude, but don't practice what they preach. No one needs that in their life or deserves it. I can't wait to come to work in the morning, people here are just different and genuinely care for you and your family. New Orleans Harley Davidson is a fun place to be and the people here make the difference!
My mama recommended that we start at Premier Nissan because it is owned by Troy Duhon. We were greeted at the door by Rodney Bridges who had a warm greeting and a welcoming smile. He provided us with outstanding customer service, gave us a nice test drive, and answered all my questions. I believed the Lord directed our steps to that beautiful Altima on Saturday, and on Monday I completed the paperwork. Happy to be a member of the Premier Nissan car family.
Your salesperson Nick was very friendly when he introduced himself. He was very interested in making sure that my interests in the type of car that I was looking for was explained and shown to me.He made me feel that he had my interest in the forefront of any transaction.I am completely satisfied with my purchase and how the transaction was handled. When I arrived I was greeted and then asked what type of service I needed the guy was very respectful told me there was coffee and water available in the waiting area & they would start right away on my oil change before I could get comfortable in the chair I was called to get my vehicle I live 45 minutes away from Premiere & there is a dealership 10 minutes away from my house but I would rather keep my business at Premiere
1st in line in the AM. Had oil change, complete car checkup and a recall issue. In and out within 2 hours and best of all at no cost.This was my 2nd car checkup. The service guy was great. He came into the waiting area offered me coffee, water and muffin. He then came back told me it would not be that much longer. 3rd time he told me what was checked and they did not find anything wrong.I do not have any complaints. Thanks
