People like Jodie B. will always find something wrong with a place that won't put her on her majesty's golden pedestal. Unrealistic expectations result in unfair reviews.The reality of this Apple Store is that it's actually quite fantastic. The fact that you can go to a store... Buy that product there... Get training for that product... And get service for that product there... The SAME day, most of the time, I might add... Is amazing!No other company offers service like this. And the quality, degree, and level with which the Apple employees at this store work are simply divine! They're so attentive and knowledgable that I don't think that I've ever seen anything like it.If you're coming in for tech support, expect a wait time. Your time isn't more valuable than any one else who is there that needs help, and the employees there will treat everyone's issue just as important as yours. The simple fact that you can get same day service is beyond great to begin with. Would you rather go in and wait an hour, or have a Samsung device and wait for a new device to be shipped out to you without anyone providing you technical knowledge as to why you had your problem... The answer should be fairly obvious.And, also to the previous review, expecting everyone in the store to cater to one specific role is ludicrous. If every employee there provided only technical support when there was a crowd, the store would never sell anything. I'm sure the amount of people that venture in just with broken screens is high enough to backlog the appointment schedules.Basic moral of the story, go in with realistic expectations, don't act like a queen bee that thinks his or her needs are so important that they trump the 100's of other people that are there with you and that have also gotten there before you... And then prepare to be blown away at the level of service that you'll get.Love this store! A+
The worst service ever. A simple thing like a defective battery and i am waiting an hour to get service. I will never buy another apple product in my life. This is not acceptable. I have been an android fan and now i know why. They should have more service people than sales people standing around with nothing to do. iPhone 5s and its almost brand new will not hold a charge for more than 2 hours. In my hour wait my phone will be dead. This is not right at all. Service the people that have already bought a phone before you sell more.
Very helpful & friendly. I have always been asked for help here and given helpful direction in the store. I love this best buy store.
