I brought a car from cheapie auto sales and I had it two weeks and it do want to start and the man mike Krista will fast talk u if u looking for a car please do not buy from cheapie they car are no good please don't buy a car from them
On Friday, March 9, 2018 I brought my car to Lakeside Collision to meet a State Farm Adjuster. However, after I left, the Adjuster approached the Body shop and they in turn gave out my personal info on a previous estimate given to me by Lakeside Collision. By Adjuster colluding with the painter, ended in my claim denial. The claim may have been denied anyway, but, Lakeside had no right to give out my personal information on my previous estimate. I called the manager, he was going to check into this and to date I have not heard back from him. I personally will never go back there. I am now consulting with an attorney to see if I have any recourse on this issue.
My experience here was awesome. Tim, from the Kenner location, was nothing less than amazing. He took time to find something specific for my situation. We weren't rushed, he was polite, knowledgeable and made sure I was comfortable with the car in every aspect. He made the experience a relief compared to the six lots I started with. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone seeking wonderful customer service and quality new and used cars.

If I could give the sales department a "0" I would. I feel sales and finance representatives are misleading their customers in the hope they will utilize particular lenders, possibly for kick-back. Complaint to upper management resulted in a memo filled with false statements used to protect his dealership and employees.
Best ever car buying experience. Gave Royal Honda's on-line sales rep the price I'd researched on a new CRV. He got back to me with confirmation. Visited to sign papers. No pressure from financial manager when I declined extras. Professionals in all categories. Service Dept. is well run. I return for oil changes and wait in comfort.
