This family built their way up and created a family business of so many stores to count! They are sincere, caring , down to Earth people , who still put their own hard work, blood, sweat, tears, and pride in to their stores, as where other companies would just hire other people to work, and then go on vacations and not worry about their businesses! After waiting for a cab from another company for over 2 hours and getting hung up on twice by that company, I decided to give Metry Cab a shot. The driver was at my hotel in Metairie in less than 15 minutes and drove us to a restaurant in New Orleans in a timely and safe manner. Our driver was very nice and understood we were a bit frustrated.

RACIAL PROFILING... as simple as that., there are no AA in this area, and few if any ever visit. I went in during a long study period to make myself a hot cup of tea. I had my own tea bag, my own cup, and only used the store's hot water, 2 liquid creams and not more than a table spoon of sugar. I was accosted, called stupid, told that I would be charged, told that what did I think things were free....and that I needed to ASK his permission to get these things. I ended up pouring out my own tea to satisfy the illicit beratings of an Arab ( hopefully) American... when waste of sugar, coffee, water and more is far greater,this person would attack me for the use of things that cost less than a dollar, and even more to produce. I DO NOT RECCOMMEND ANY AA TO GO TO HIS STORE OR ANY OTHER DISCOUNT ZONES!

I will NEVER do business here again ! The owner needs to rethink who he hires. Went in last night to get a few straws because we stopped at wendysvand got no straws, I sent my sister's boyfriend in to get some and the lady with BLUE eyeliner was very rude and said you can't do that even though we offered to pay for 8 straws. So I went in to get some I was turned around at the come counter and as I turned the lady was so close in my face that my arm bumped her. I asked her if a few straws was worth the money this business would loose from us not buying ANYTHING here and I was told YES! I spend more money at this has station because it is the last one before the bridge we spend no less than 20 dollars a time. I hope this gets to the owner and she gets reprimanded for her actions. I tried to go into Wendy's Before I went there and the door was locked just a little fyi. I used to think the people that worked here were so kind in the past I had a screaming baby in the car and was trying to earn a bottle under got water and the Lady was so kind she said helped me out hot water from coffee in a large cup and we warmed a bottle . I offered to pay for that cup of water and she said no got take care of that baby . THAT is the kind of people you want working for you !

My wife and I used this cab service while vacationing in the NOLA area. I liked that the cab accepted credit cards. Made sure the dispatcher new this when I called. After calling and placing a cab request, we never waited longer than 15 minutes. Generally the wait was about 7 minutes. Often times though, it took me longer to get through to dispatch since the lines were so busy.I will definitely use them again when we return!

It was a very clean and on time taxi . I called the taxi and the dispatcher was very friendly . Cab that came was on time . Very polite driver to my surprise I was offered a candy and water it is the most and best service in town keep it up and thanks Jason
