On 3/26/17 My Husband and I visited this Restaurant and it was still filthy! We ordered apatizers of Steak Quasadillas & ground Steak dinner when the appitizer came out the presentation of it was disgusting! It was cooked in a dirty skillet/Pan we could easily tell that the Steak meat was bloody & tough! YUKE! This promted us to take a closer look around the restaurant and it was FILTHY AS HELL! The Waiters & Waitress were a hot mess! They had the lighting dark so you can not really pay attention BUT...We did and got the hell out of there so fast!! Instaed we took our business to RAGGOOS'S and the atomosphere was right & so was the food! BE AWARE!!

The service was great and my server Eddie was very attentive on my vist mid Jan 2012. I tried Bull's pen when it first opened and the service was a little, but that is understandable. I have been in the food service industry for over 25 years and I really enjoyed the food. The rollswere hot an…

Visited here 2 different times. I requested med-well both times and both times got extremely rare steak. Last Sat was told there was a 15 min. wait. Waited at bar, where we couldn't see for 40 mins. Finally asked how much longer- only to discover there were several empty tables. They seated…
Oh I do love me some Capital Grille. The service here is impeccable. This is one of the only restaurants where the servers are in the practice of handing out business cards that I actually end up KEEPING them. Service really is that good. But of course, good service isn't enough. Gladly, I can r…

I had a chance to take my date to a wonderful steakhouse. I have lived in Dallas for nine years and always gone to Bob's and most recently Ocean Prime. Another guest at Ocean Prime told me about Nick and Sams. Boy, was I blown away from the moment I walked in. From the door to the check ever…

Bob's is a great place to go with family and friends to enjoy an exceptional meal with a wonderful atmosphere. I would recommend Bob's to anyone, not sure why anyone would have a negative review.
The host and manager helped me set up my proposal to my girlfriend. I was so nervous and they took care of everything for me so I could relax and enjoy the evening. The food and service was flawless and I've eaten at some of the most renowned steakhouses in the world, and this was, hands down,…

I absolutely just love this place! I have been there several times and will go back. Just love it! I've had almost everything on the menu there. It's so good. Check this place out for sure.
What a great place for lunch. Met a friend Downtown today and ended up here for lunch. The weather out is amazing so we sat outside!!! PERFECT Patio! Food was great as well!!!!
Made to order, any way you want it, these 6oz patties are cooked to perfection.I ordered the double burger, no cheese, with a side of chili. The chili was all meat, and not just ground beef: mine had brisket in it.The burger was juicy: 4-napkins my friends. Don't wear a white shirt here.

There are several things I'd like to point out about this place. The food, the service, the drinks and the atmosphere will always have me coming back. I definitely thought that the wait staff was very thorough in making sure myself and my friends were well taken care of. The food was simply divi…
The scenery here is pretty great, not shabby at all. Looks like they've done something new with the restaurant. We started off with with fried shrimp, imperial rolls and chicken satay, they were all just right, especially the peanut sauce!! I love it! Their orange chicken (Sure, its Chinese but …
Best Rib eye Steak. Chicken tortilla soup is excellent too. Only complaint prices have gone up alot. Otherwise would have gave 5 stars.
My wife and I ate there two nights ago. After looking at their website I allready knew what I wanted. I got the ribeye and BBQ brochette shrimp, and my wife got the new york strip. The shrimp weren't nearly as big as they looked on the website, but I have to admit they were some of the best I have ever had. Their ribeye was delicious just a little thinner than I like. The wife said her strip was excellent. We were on a low carb diet so we didnt eat any of the beer bread which I'm sure was great so only had a salad and green beans with our steak. The only (beef) I had with the dinner was the cost of my drink. I like a scotch and water w/my steak and ordered one. The waitress didnt know the price difference between bar scotch and Chevis, but I ordered one. The one they brought me couldn't have been over a 4 oz. glass. So when I asked the waitress for a second I told her i wanted a larger drink. when I got the bill the first one was $9.50 and the second one was $19. Now I dont know what profit margin restaraunts are operating on these days but 40% used to be the norm, but those scotch prices have to be around 400% at $30 for 3 shots of scotch! stick with the tea if you dont want to get gouged. Our ticket for two was $90 plus a $15 tip. Just felt like the whole dinner was at least 20% overpriced. Next time I will go to Texas Roadhouse and get a prime rib and scotch for half the price! Just to check my thinking I just called Roadhouse to get their drink prices and a Chevis and water there is $6.75 plus $2 more for a double, so $8.75 vs. $19 ???
Until recently I was eating at this location several times a week just because I like one of the Outback salads. Unfortunately, service is not the strong suit at this location. It doesn't matter if business is slow or crowded, service is not what it could be and should be. Often my meals were served without the benefit of silverware or napkins; one server was so utterly unobservant he actually asked if I was enjoying my meal. I had to tell him I would enjoy it a lot more if Ihad something to eat it with. I requested condiments one night - four times! - but never got them. I was not going to eat my meal without them and finally got up to request the bill for my soft drink and to leave. The server had the audacity to argue with me about whether I was going to pay for the meal I coud not/would not eat, and it was a loud argument that finally got the manager's attention. Service was better for a few trips after that, but only because I had made such a spectacle of myself. As the staff changed through the weeks, service degenerated to the previous lows pretty quickly. The poor service at this location was not limited to a single service person; it doesn't seem to matter who the server is. So I suspect it must have something to do with the lay out of the restaurant, or their procedures, or maybe training. I don't know. But surely that many service people cannot all perform that poorly by chance. It was a convenient place to eat, near my home, and I like their salads. I would probably still be eating there almost daily, despite the poor service, but since Mesquite passed their anti-smoker ordinances I don't feel me or my nasty money is welcome in Mesquite or at Outback any more.
One ofr the worst dining experiences I have ever had was here, trying their prime rib. Far too much money for what I got, an overcooked, less than tasty, piece of meat. Much prefer the Texas Roadhouse Steakhouse nearby.
Another cookie cutter steakhouse. Service lacks though. if not completely satisfied, do not expect the management to act. At best you will simply get a "Gee, I'm sorry." We have discontinued going to Outback altogether prefering instead the nearby Texas Roadhouse Restaurant which is of far higher quality for a great deal less money.
