I never received my package . I don't use UPS anymore but I will have to tell my seller not to ship my items thru this company as well...SMH!

This place is the worst. I would recommend fedex instead. The driver has lied twice about being at my house to drop off a packages. He has never showed up to even tiy to leave any packages. Called the main office, because this distribution center wont answer the phone, and was told good luck. The main office does not care about how this distribution center is run. They are fine with drivers not doing their job and lieing about what they are doing. Well I was told good luck after they hung up on me the first time. Really sad ups used to be a great shipper, guess they dont care about their customers anymore.

This hub is the worst. Due to the size of my package the delivery has now been rescheduled 4 times. According to supervisors? It was put on the truck and then removed to make room for a smaller packages. WTF! Will I ever get it or do I have to go pick it up 70 miles away?

This has got to be the most incompetent distribution center in this region. Totally disgrace. Package not delivered on tuesday claims no address . Contacted office that evening made the correction. Agent advised me yesterday package would be re-delivered on today Friday. They updated system again with no found address today . Is it season blunder help ? Or is this how you guys conduct everyday business . You've got to do better~~~

Paid for 2-day shipping to arrive Thursday morning, tracking said it was on truck for delivery at 6am on the morning scheduled to arrive at 11am. At noon no package, tracking says still in route. 4pm still no package, check tracking and it now says at 9 am they changed delivery status to delivery next business day, which due to the holidays would not be until next Monday. Change in delivery status happened at 4:57 pm eastern time, not 9 am. Had they notified me at 9 am, could have made arrangements to pick it up myself. Now the lack of equipment I needed to complete a job will cost me the job. Its a shame it cannot cost someone at UPS their job.

Don't ever get a package deliverd here at the ups on 4200 samuell blvd, mesquite, texas. The service is extremely poor, they don't deliver on time, and when you call about your package instead of telling you the truth they tell you its on the truck being delivered. But really it is just sitting on the truck at their location. Very pissed and yes i will be contacting management, district supervisors, and the corporate office and yes the CEO. I am pretty sure that he doesn't even know whats going on with this particular location.

Shipments have not been made out of the mesquite facility in a while. This is uncalled for. Something should be done quickly. Time is running out for Xmas gifts. Some presents being shipped must be XMAS wrapped and then sent to another destination so time is about out. No reasonable explanation has been made to what the problem is.

General Manager at this location actually told me that this Mesquite UPS is terrible! All i hope is that someone higher up sees this review and the other 20 terrible reviews and changes this location. But good luck with that
