Extremely Disappointed
I ordered the loaded bacon potato soup and shrimp tacos. I also ordered a coke. It taste like they hadn't cleaned the nozzle and left an after taste that was awful; like liquid bacterial. The soup taste like powdered milk. The cheese had no flavor. The tacos had 3 half cooked shrimp with shredded lettuce and cabbage. No flavor. It came with beans and rice. The rice was hard and the beans had no flavor.

Was there with a bridal dinner and a lot of money was spent. First, they weren't ready with our reservation and we had to wait. The service was good, but the food was inedible. Ordered the fajita trio, which in the picture looked awesome. 4 small pieces of tough beef, maybe 6 shrimp and not much chicken. The shrimp was still cold and everything else barely warm. Nothing sizzled! Needless to say, not wanting to say anything to ruin the party, I boxed it up to take home and cook properly.

we sit for 20 minutes before my husband got up and got us a waiter. then she going to every tables but ours. I will never come back to this mess.

LOVE this Chili's. Everyone is so generous and will do their best to make it right with a customer. I have been going here for years. Perfect place to go to after shopping.
