On 5/24 our family visited a Carrabba's Restaurant (Mesa) for my daughters 30th birthday (at her request). First time at a Carrabba's - LAST TIME!I filled out the form for seating in the morning, and checked the box for special occasion (birthday). I called the restaurant at 3:30 PM to verify the birthday occasion. We arrived at 6:00 PM and reminded the individual I had spoken with at 3:30 of my daughters birthday.Guess what? Nothing! They were not even busy - no wait lines. Our server was excellent, but I will not be entering another Carrabba's. Customer Service?

Been here multiple times and have brought friends and out of town guest, too. Food has been excellent EVERY TIME. No reservations for under a party of 6 so be prepared for a wait. Waiting line a great gauge of popularity and quality.
As a former restaurant owner in a predominately Italian town, I hate to say it, but, it was the worst meal I ever had. Owner was so nice, and insisted on not charging us, but would not go back.
Will not go back to this location. Waitress was very rude to to point of telling customers that if they didn't eat so much that wouldn't need so much to drink. Took 40 minutes to get our food and did not come back to see if we needed anything.
I absolutely love this restaurant! Their brussel sprout pizza is wonderful and we always go and get their spaghetti.
Excellsnt food snd grest serviice. We will return for sure.
Very good food, but very, very poor service. After sitting there for quite a while, the hostess, who I think is possibly the owner, came to the table and asked if we had ordered yet. When I said no she quickly took our order. Some guy who wasn't a wait person brought our food out, after another extended wait. I was only drinking water, but it was empty when they brought our food and I was halfway through when a waitress finally asked if I wanted some more water. Our table was cleared, when we finished eating, then we waited another 10 minutes for somebody to bring the bill. We finally just got up and went to the cash register, where the hostess asked us what table we were sitting at, so she could figure out how much we owed. Then, the whole time we stood there, she complained about how hard it was to get good help and how her only good waitress had died. We have lived all over the United States and eaten out all over the United States. We have never, ever, had such slow & poor service. This is the first time we have ever left a restaurant without leaving a tip and we will never go back. Like I said, good food, but extremely poor service! It was also one of the noisiest restaurants we've ever been in. So, if you're looking for a nice evening and good Italian food, go to the Olive Garden. The food is just as good. The atmosphere is better. We have always had excellent service at the Olive Garden, too.
The food in here is always good, always consistent with the flavor and the good thing about this place is that they always have a table open.
Great food and great service. Will continue to eat there. One of our favorite places to eat.
Their sauce is too acid, straight out of a can...The ONLY thing I will eat there is the Tortellini Paisano with Vodka sauce, which is more mellow-but even then to be decent you have to order extra sauce and extra proscuitto . It used to be much better, but they have changed their Brushetta, it is WAY overcrowded and on weekends you have to wait at least an hour for dinner and they refuse to take reservations even from steady customers. I am looking for a new Italian restaurant to eat out. I am Italian, and this stuff is every day Americanized crap--I refuse to wait an hour for a meal and the only thing my husband will eat there is Calzone ( a modified pizza the ay THEY make it--it is not the Italian way with Ricotta. They are constantly changing wait staff and the only decent waitress is Diane.
