Best care in the East Valley. Staff is very loving and caring. We are glad we chose them for our mother's stay.
Jennifer is a great manager. The park has really improved since shes taken over the property. Its cleaned up tremendously. Only thing I wish we had was a playground for the kids.
First time dealing with a property management company. When we signed a lease they told us the response time for emergency maintenance requests and nonemergency maintenance requests. They have responded on time everytime. They have been pleasant to deal with. I believe they are supporting the property owner as well as the renter equally. Hope to be renting this property for the next few years.
Terrible experience. They found every excuse possible to keep most of the security deposit, and none of the reasons were legit. Before we were even packed they had it rented and were hounding us to hurry and move (we were paid thru the end of the month!) , they told us not to bother cleaning the carpet they were changing it anyway but they charged us for a redecorating fee, not sure why WE are responsible for redecorating! And when we moved in two years ago the home was filthy like it had not even been cleaned. Find another company to rent with!!!!
Never. Ever. Use this company. When we moved into our home, it wasn't cleaned nor cleared of the previous tenants trash and belongings. We were told in the three days it took them to go in and clean that we would receive a refund on those dates and still haven't. When we moved in we were still finding clothes, jewelry making tools, used wash clothes, and there were oil spots on the ceilings. Then right after we moved in the washer and dryer broke, to which they DO NOT deal with so we had to buy our own. They also never gave us a mail key and we had to pay for that service ourselves. The unit was never looked over; after move in the dryer vent needed cleaning (three bags of lint was removed) and our ac went out because the coil was filthy and the wiring was wrapped in duct tape causing it to burn and ash. The air filter is a specialty size, but they don't care and gave me a roll of mesh to "stick in there" to act as a filter. I am so incredibly frustrated by the lack of empathy and professionalism.
Great employees and great people live and work at this community. The management and ownership is local to Arizona.
They manage my condo in Scottsdale and found me an awesome tenant. They are by far the best Property Management company in Arizona and I've dealt with many.
the park is ok, it needs to get rid of the homeless. and the drugs here. and put a gate up. other then that i dont mind the park, they have a good security gaurd named tom zelman gage. his very good , and always just a phone call away. i have nothing but the best things to say about this guy... we love the office staff, ive meet my two bestfriends here. the park could use some tlc but other then that its ok
This sign out front says "El Mirage, a 55+ Blue Ribbon Community."That means absolutely nothing at all, nobody won any awards for the state of this place, and it's almost like false advertising to lure people who don't know better.
Horrible neighborhood, watch out for Marilyn, she,s a snake and back stabber, goes through your mail. She gets all the furniture from vacant mobile homers and sells it to people in the park. Josh in the front stays with a lady named Donna, says she's his aunt, he takes her pain meds every three months and sells them, someone needs to look into this. Jay , maintenance buys off of Josh and sells to people in the park, so he's a dealer he also sells his own scripts he gets 180 OxyContin every month, you got to watch him when he goes to do "maintenance" at the park. Josh also sells meth, you can see the traffic going in and out of there. Heather and her son go around the park buying and selling pain pills. Jennifer in the front office is also a drug user. These Canadians in the park come over and push their weight around, they are nothing but bullies,. seriously someone should look into this. The worst place to live in the valley, AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.
