If I could I'd give it zero stars. They had my vacuum for 8 weeks and never even once touched. I needed a new belt and it to be cleaned out. They told me 2 weeks when I dropped it off. After 3 weeks no call it was ready. Tried to call to check on status, phone disconnected. My husband finally a week after that left work to stop by after not being able to call and the store was closed even though it was business hours. At this point I was afraid I had lost my Dyson. Two weeks later not being able to get through on the phone my husband stopped in on his day off to be told it would be a couple more days. After another two weeks go by and still no one calls to say it's ready he goes back and they say they haven't even touched it so he brought it home. So now after 2 months I still do not have a functioning vacuum. And the owners could not care less no reason, no sad excuse just we didn't get to it. I'd rather be told we don't have time to repair your machine than be without it for two months and get it back in the same condition.

Twelve weeks ago I dropped off a warrantee part for my 3 week old Electrolux vacuum. I was told at the time it would be 3 to 4 weeks. At 6 weeks I called again and was told it takes 3-4 weeks. at 8 weeks I was told there is nothing they can do about it, I asked if they could call and get status. It was to much for them to do. At 10 weeks, I got another gentleman on the line ( much more pleasant and helpful, he told me that Electrolux had been waiting for the serial number of my vacuum. NOBODY called me to get this information and not told this when I called in. At 11 weeks I called again..... spoke with the older gentleman and was told he would check on it and call me back.......... waiting! Called today, told they can't do anything and it would be here when it gets here and he would call me back.......... DO NOT USE THIS PLACE FOR SERVICE!
My neighbor took an old family heirloom vacuum to be fixed and when she went in to pick it up, they claim she never left it. She is an older woman and left almost in tears and didn't know what to do. She went back the next day and they had closed up the shop for good. They stole it from her.
I take my vacuum in for service twice a year. It is always serviced quickly and efficiently. They never replace anything that doesn't need replacing. I trust their knowledge and work.
Horrible place. I took my "rugdoctor" into this place for a second time (this place is one of the few authorized repair shops in AZ for the rug dr). It was never fixed the first time I had it "repaired" there. That was in December and it is now February. When we call to see whats going on were told "the part is on order." We feel as if were putting the owner out. Worst customer service Ive seen in a looong time.
