this was the best car buying experience I've ever had . Dana was the sweetest and made me feel like I was family. the type of place that builds relationships.

Horrible experience!. VERY shady in their way of doing business. Prices quoted were far from what the actual figures turned out to be. DON'T do business here. I felt like I was back in the 70's when the car dealers were sneaky and untrustworthy.
Service department unbelievable, been taking my vehicle to the shop for a coolant leaking from between the engine & transmission on the drive side on 6.6 Duramax engine. Google it and found out where the leak might be, tryed to explain to them but the diesel mechanic don’t know nothing. So the serviceman Mike just hangs up on me, telling him where it might be leaking. How rude of him to do that to a customer, guess they don’t want do business with me. UNPROFESSIONAL!!
I've been having many issues with my vehicle since I bought it in 2015. After multiple dealerships, I thought Cardinale Way would help. Nick was a wonderful service advisor, but they were unable to solve my issues involving braking malfunctions. They actually told me to ignore my car's warnings when it tells me I'm about to have a collision when it was being triggered sporadically with nothing in the path of the car.I reached out to Mazda corporate regarding the lack of resolution from the dealer and during a conference call between me, Mazda corporate, and the dealer service manager, Jerry, things got a little heated although no vulgarity or name calling was used in any way. This resulted from Jerry refusing to answer basic questions. Jerry disconnected from the call and now refuses to service the car because he's apparently "too uncomfortable" to work with me, even though I've been polite and courteous on all my visits. In my opinion, Jerry is acting inappropriately. I don't think they want to deal with the problem because they'd rather pass the buck. And I certainly don't want to waste my time on a dealership that isn't willing to fix a practically brand new vehicle. Even Mazda corporate expressed disappointment in their supposed "discomfort" in working with me again.Definitely do not recommend this dealership to anyone. Take your business elsewhere. I know I will be.
Cheaters - When you buy from them they commit on extra things and say we dont have the parts right now, but will mail you when it arrives and will never send it and wont pickup your calls.
We purchased a car from them everything went great until they delivered the car to us. At he time is was a minor issue, broken bolt on license plate holder. however it turned out that it required to go to the body shop for over a day to be repaired. We had to take it into the body shop and obtain a rental car (No Charge). I would think the dealer should have given us a loaner and they handle the car repair. Major inconvenience for us to take care to body shop which was not close to the dealership.
Worst customer assistance, Faulty, and Trick customer while pricing. So after I made inquiry for one of the cars in inventory, one of the consultants Francisco reached out to me for the car, I went to see the inventory. we finalized a car Altima after driving a couple of cars. So the price out of the door quoted by dealer was around 17k with papers and taxes, i told dealer my final offer with everything included would be in range of $13-13.5k, he got the approval, got me to sign everything, At the time i was billing, i found out that the dealership was still charging me 17K. They charged my card for $4k down and said now we cant refund you the money until Monday, So they didn't stand at the price they agreed on, neither they did have good customer service, as the person who was billing me, acted rudely with me once i caught them red handed charging me more then the committed price.
I would not advice going to these people. We bought an rv from them, gave them $1000 cash deposit with the agreement to pick it up at a later time because we were going to pay cash and needed to get it together. In the meantime my husband was diagnosed with a life altering medical problem, part of which prevented him from being able to drive. He emailed Robert Crist the letter my husband received from the doctor to prove we weren't just backing out and asked for a refund of the deposit because we were no longer going to be able to take delivery. Their reaction was basically TOO BAD FOR YOU BUT WE'RE KEEPING THE DEPOSIT. What kind of people are they? Clearly more interested in making a buck than doing the right thing! BUYER BEWARE!
Worst customer service ever! Don't waste your time or money. Returned a lease, they LOST it. GM financial sucks too.
I just had the most Fantastic buying experience at Superstition Springs Lexus yesterday, want to send a Shout Out and give my highest complements to the entire Professional Staff at this Dealership! Everyone who was involved in the process could not have been more cordial or professional, and my Sales Consultant David Schmidt was Great! From the speed at which my internet inquiry was responded to by the Internet Director, Rashad Creigh, to getting my questions answered about the Used Vehicle I was interested in by the Salesperson who took it in trade, Easton McIntosh, the treatment I received from my Sales Consultant, David Schmidt, the quick and easy negotiations with the help of the Sales Manager Dan Swenson, and the ease with which the Finance Director, Mathew Samselski, made the final paperwork, I’d rate this a 10! From the time I pulled onto the lot until the time I was driving away with my new vehicle was under 2 ½ Hours! If you are looking to get New or Used vehicle I would HIGHLY Recommend that you get in touch with David Schmidt at Superstition Springs Lexus and allow him and the rest of their Great Staff give you the same Red Carpet service which I experienced! You Can’t go wrong!
