        Stay far, far away from them! ...

        Stay far, far away from them! If there was an option for zero stars, that's what I would select! They take forever to respond to repair requests. They are dishonest and blame everything on the vendors or owners. They will not take responsibility for their own actions. Read other reviews from other places and stay away from them. There is no property or any "deal" that is worth being forced to deal with this company! If you do make the mistake of renting with them become familiar with the Arizona Tenant Laws.
