The billing practices are ridiculous and the "Vice President" is beyond rude and without understanding all the facts of a situation he slams the customer with profanity and threats. If he represents the temperament and the overall attitude of the doctors and office personal it is no surprise. Without knowing anything about me or my situation he "thinks" he knows but expressed blatantly false facts saying I haven't been to the office since 2017 like my bill is 2 years old. Then I explained to him what time frame we were talking about it didn't change his attitude. I was told I was billed and paid at the time of visit which I did only to get an additional charge 8 months later. They told me they had mailing issues but Vern didn't know what I am my insurance company was told. So instead of de-escalating he went off the rails and screamed at a customer with name calling after never meeting or talking to me. I was told my last visit was no charge at the time of visit in June but again billed for it in my statement in December. I requested copies of the invoices that were sent and they refused. So in the end I paid the bill but warning to anyone dealing with the office, if they say it will only be $$ and you pay, you will end up paying more and never get a straight answer. Just pay up or they threaten to sue and just go elsewhere in the future. No one needs this grief from a medical office no less. Not the doctors but they hired the staff so they are responsible for their actions.
