        I would like to let you know, ...

        I would like to let you know, of what an outstanding employee you have in

        Ms. Contreras. She has the best customer service skills I have ever

        encountered, and I just thought that she deserves to be recognized for that.

        I am a 12 yr State Farm's satisfied customer, but was never treated with

        such professionalism, respect and with such high customer's service

        standards that she has.
