I took my 2006 Mean streak into the service department today 10/11/2013 due to a small leak I was having. I was told by the service rep that I would need to leave the bike with them so they could track down the leak. Problem being I had no ride home and my roadside service would not cover the trip between my garage and Kellys.

Thankfully I was able to talk with one of the Service managers (Josh) and they were able/willing to move a few things around. And within about 90 minutes the bike was fixed and I was on my way. I would highly recommend Kellys Kawasaki to anyone who needs work/service done on their bike.




Great 2012 new zx14r bike and riding gear. bought 11 months ago and no problems the bike is great .Also the staff were knowledgable and very helpful great. experience. I am very happy with my bike and in fact it's my second time buying a new bike at Kelly's Kawasaki And that went great as well ,sold the 2007 1600 mean streak a few years ago.

WOW!! What a great Experience!!

Wow. Not sure where to start, but I definitely left with a smile and was treated GREAT!! Just purchased my second bike.(First bike from Kellys) Wish I would of bought my first one here. From the sales guys to the parts guy to the paperwork guy. Everyone was really nice and helpful. I recommend everyone give these guys a shot..., definitely worth it!!

Be VERY careful.

I'm a first-time motorcylcer - never been on a bike before, and I went to buy one from Kelly's Kawasaki. They had a used bike there, for a decent price. Not knowing ANYTHING about riding, they let me ""look"" at the bike, then were all too happy to sign me up and sell the bike, ""hook me up"" with gear, etc. THEN I took MSF's Basic Rider Course. I learned that the gearshift lever was WAAAAAY too high for me, as was the brake pedal. We had to stop the class, pull out the tools, and adjust them before I could learn how to ride. The instructor, holding back cuss words, stated that they should have had the sense to at LEAST put me on the bike and check that stuff. These guys KNEW I was taking a class in a couple of days. They KNEW I'd never ridden. You think they'd put a little gas in it, since they KNEW I couldn't ride it to the station and fill up? Nope. Good thing Dave had a gallon in his 5-gallon can, or I would've been SOL for class. All in all, ridiculously poor service.

Smiles at Sales - Screwing at Service‎

Overview - Bad sprockets & chain after 3000 miles, a $300+ fix! Empty gas tank!

I purchased a 2000 Vulcan 800 Classic from Kellys the sales staff was friendly and helped me on my way. I leave there and about 10 miles out I start to run out of gas! Im then praying I can make it to a gas station 5 miles down the road. I made it there to find that they didnt even fill up my gas tank. Nice! A whopping $6.00 out of pocket cost. I then get home excited about my new purchase and see that the bike is fifthly, no detailing, no cleaning and rain spots all over it. At the dealership I was just so happy to get the bike I just didnt pay attention.

All of this just minor stuff until 3000 miles later! I start noticing the bike not handling so good as if the chain and sprocket are truly worn down. I lube the chain every 300 miles which is once or twice a week, so I bring the bike in for a oil change and ask them to look over my sprockets and chain and they tell me I need new ones! A new chain and sprockets after 3000 miles - COME ON! A new chain and sprockets should last 15000 to 20000 miles if you take care of it. I then talk to the GM ""Chad"" and tell him that this is wrong and he says ""well you have put on 3000 miles"" I tell him it should last 15000 miles and he says ""well it is a used bike"" I then say shouldn't it have been checked or replaced prior to my purchase - he then says ""it was"".

So NO reimbursement, No discount, No Im sorry, just ""I suggest you fix it""! I will never buy or service another motorcycle through this company ever again! If you do buyer beware! Smiles at sale and stealing and screwing at service!
