I found Matt with Mesa Computer Repair Service to be very knowledgeable and cost in line with his competitors. I was without my computer for 2 weeks before I called Mesa Computer Repair and Matt got it fixed in 2 hours, this truly is a 5 star operation.

I called these computer techs to fix a TDSS virus exploit on my computer after another local computer repair place could not. Matt Karls came out and fixed the problem yesterday and everything has worked great since. Good guy and a great business.

Great service, Matt answered my txt message within a minute or two and scheduled me for the next day (today's date). He tuned up my computer and removed a virus within an hour and a half. He only billed me for an hour and I thought his rates were more than fair. I will be calling him back next time I have a computer issue.

Matt Karls performs the best computer service of any of the computer techs I have used. I should correct myself, Matt is not a computer technician, he actually is a computer engineer. His experience, knowledge and skill level are above any other computer tech I have used. I called Matt out to fix an Apple Mac Book Pro that I thought was dead. It was slow, unresponsive and I figured we would have to replace it. I really wanted to get recommendations for a replacement laptop and have Matt salvage the data off the drive. In Matt's magical hands, the Mac Book Pro was back in working order in under an hour. The problem? corrupted hard drive permissions and cache problems. Good service and good pricing, A+

Matt is the best computer repair specialist in the valley! I have used 8 other companies over the years and I will not allow anyone else to work on my computers after working with Karls Technology. Matt always knows how to deal with a situation no matter how weird or problematic it seems. Over the last 6 months he has fixed two of our dead servers, a BAD trojan infection across our entire network, a small printer fire, replaced a hard drive and recovered a password from a locked out computer (that one was amazing!). Matt Karls knows what he is doing and best of all, does it with grace and ALWAYS brings a positive attitude when he comes. I highly recommend his services.
