I had a vacuum leak in the A/C and 4 wheel drive systems. It took 5 separate appointment to get it fixed. They kept my car overnight three times, despite telling me that the work would be completed that day. In addition, they installed the wrong hubs (I have, and prefer, manually locking hubs. They installed auto locking hubs without asking me). They also changed front brake pads without authorization. Finally, they replaced my steering stabilizer without authorization. When I told them the steering stabilizer was new (I had just installed it the previous week), they refused to refund my money. Now, I cannot say for certain that they did not know what they were doing when needing 5 appointments to fix the issues, nor can I say for certain they intended to defraud me by replacing brand new parts (the mechanic told me that he knew the stabilizer he was replacing was knew, but management had ordered the stabilizer, so he installed it), but I would question their motivations at this point. I will not go back.

Exceptional service , prompt and to the point work without any gimmicks or non sense . Al is great at what he does , and provided truly genuine advice with regards to problems plaguing my Mercedes .
He charged me less than half of what a dealership quoted. Polite and straightforward guy , who knows is work and pro at it .
Would recommend it to any friend or family member with German car .
Don't go anywhere else if you're in Mesa or Chandler !

I have used this repair shop many times, on several different vehicles, and I highly recommend them. James and Al were very experienced in auto repair, very polite, and great to work with. They have very modern equipment, and were able to diagnose different problems on my vehicles. I trust this shop to work on my vehicles!
