General Info: Franklin Northeast Elementary School, a part of Mesa Public Schools, serves students in kindergarten through grade six. Its curriculum includes math, history, science, geography, and literature and phonics. The school also conducts classes in art, music, and computer and physical education. Franklin Northeast Elementary School also provides an after-school sports program that is sponsored by the City of Mesa Parks and Recreation Department. Its before- and after-school extracurricular activities include band and orchestra. The school s parent organization conducts several programs in chorus, foreign languages, and arts and crafts. Franklin Northeast Elementary School additionally offers spelling, recitation and handwriting programs. It maintains a library that stocks books and educational materials on various topics.
