Our AC fan blower stopped working on a saturday night. Mike replied to my posting on his web-site at 9.30 pm and was out at my house sunday just after noon. He quickly diagnosed that the problem was a broken relay and fixed it on the spot for a very good price - a little more than other large companies charge for just sending someone out not including any repair. He was also very friendly and happy to have me looking over his shoulder while he worked - very confident in his abilities and experience with good reason.
I had Mike install a new evaporative cooler today on my rental property. Mike did a great job. My tenants are happy, and so am I. Much less than I was expecting to pay. Thank you Mike for a great job! This is a must use Company!!!

We entrusted our home to Mike Ford of Definitive Air and we were not disappointed! He did a perfect job of installing our central air and heat and cleaned up after himself before he left! Plus, the estimate he gave us was right on the money. Mike is honest, dependable, and highly qualified.
We had Mike replace our old air conditioner. He came out quickly and assessed our needs then suggested some models that would be right for our home. He installed the unit, programmed the thermostat and gave us the instruction booklet, but he also took the time to show us how to use it. It has been running great and our SRP bills are much lower this summer than last year! Mike was honest, prompt and did above and beyond what we expected. I highly recommend DefinitiveAir to anyone who needs a new unit or service on their exsisting one.
