CFC Gift card Mesa is the easiest and quickest way to get top dollar for you unwanted gift cards. The CFC assistant Margie that works there was really helpful and in 5 minutes I got the top amount for my gift card thats even better than the top websites. Highly Recommend. Elliot V.
This was my first time EVER selling a gift card. Anywhere. They wouldn't let me sell a walmart card because they said I was on some list of con artists. WTF? I went and tried to sell it at one of the coinstar machines, but CFC had used my card! They basically stole my card and money. THEY'RE THE CON ARTISTS!!!
Sold them a card in February. No problem.
Came back 2 months later with another card to sell. They took that card and didn't pay me for it. They claimed the card I sold them in February was used after I sold it to them.
I asked for the card that went bad back and they refused. They said they didn't have it anymore. I asked for proof that it was used and they couldn't give me any. I asked for the card info and they refused to provide it.
I threatened to call the police and they said they would call them first because I was tresspassing on private property.
This place is a scam.
Been here a few dozen times. The people who used to run it were great, but they opened up their own place a few miles away called Card Sharks.
The last time I went here I brought in nearly $500 in cards for good stores like Walmart and Target. They offered me only 55%. I called up the other place and it was nearly $50 more.
So I told the guy working, Jason, that I was going to the other place. He crumpled up all my cards and receipts and literally threw them back under the glass to me. Super unprofessional!!!
Have been in here twice. They were incredibly disrespectful to my wife and I the first we were here. When I asked the employee for their name and a number to call for the home office to complain he said there isn't one and refused to give me his name. (Another customer told me when we left that his name was Jason)
We came back a few days later hoping to find someone else so we could tell them what happened. We came in a few days later and a young kid was working. We told him what happened and asked for a number to talk to the owner. He told us he was the owner and we could just tell him and he'd handle it. (Kid looked 20, seriously?)
Basically he listened to us like he didn't believe us. He said he'd talk to the other employee about it, but it just felt like we were being put on. This place is a joke.
Told me on the phone when I called that I would be getting 70% for my card. When I went in they tried to only pay me 50%. When I asked why they were trying to short change me they told me that they never said that, I must have called some where else. Then I showed them on the phone the number I called, they told me it was to a different store of their's and they can't honor what someone else said because it wasn't them. Total BS
These people are crooks. I brought in a gift card to sell to them, they had me fill out paperwork, and then had me wait around for 5 minutes. After that they tell me that they can't take my card. So I go to sell it at an Alula machine to find out that they spent my card without paying for it! I go back in and they tell me that they can see that this card is linked to another card they received earlier in the day that went bad, the receipt proves that. I go into home depot and get told that's total bull. So they researched the order and I got the info to file a police report. Still waiting on resolution.
