Terrible, cheap work with a high price tag. They rave about their guarantee, but do not stand behind it.
Worst dentist in the AZ. This Aspen dental office canceled 2 appointment for my wife and I in a row. And each time they cancel they still have text you to confirm your appointment is valid. They only have one dental hygienist working on Saturday so when she calls out all appointments are canceled. And don't look to Jessica at the front desk for any solutions or sympathy, she couldn't care less.
There are so many bad reviews of Aspen Dental but what is not so obvious is that those reviews are nationwide. I only found one review for the Aspen Dental on Power Rd. before I went there. I was able to get in quickly...the next day after I called. I was treated well by the receptionist, the dental assistant, the doctor and the office manager who handled the financing of the work I had to get done. I had to finance $537. after the insurance coverage and used care credit with no interest. My previous dentist quoted $1200. just for the crown using my insurance. I imagine he does fantastic work but without $1200. or outside credit I didn't know what to do. Going to Aspen Dental solved that for me...it cost 1/2 the price and they will do deep cleaning on top of it. The most important part to me is that they worked it out for me quickly.
