I've been with AAA for many many years and this is by far the best office I have dealt with. They are courteous and very helpful with every request.

I came in to open a Visa card and get the luggage for $1. The clerk who entered my credit info into her computer made a mistake. It took a long time for her to find the phone number for assistance. When she reached the employee who could make the correction, they had a long giggling conversation, and then asked me several times for my home address although I had entered it correctly on the form. The clerk at no time apologized for her mistake or the lengthy correction procedure. It took so long that I instructed the clerk to cancel the application and left without the luggage. I am very disappointed in the service.

Just purchased 2 extended warranties on cars through AAA. Same benefits as the dealers warranty but hundreds cheaper with better term length. Great experience!

Went to the Mesa Office, yesterday to get help in planning our family trip to Disney World. Matt was a great help in our planning this adventure with the whole family. Very helpful and extremely courteous to us.

I needed trip tiks, maps and tour books. I was given 3 options for trip. When I asked about camping options, he printed options along each route. I was given everything I needed and more. My agent was courteous, thorough and extremely helpful. I can't speak highly enough of the help I was given!

Waited for 20 minutes before helped, then receptionist helped another member before completing my request. Agent I was to meet with was not in, had not returned my call from the day before. 30 minutes wasted. I ended up getting my medicare supplements through Amac, the conservatives answer to the crooks at AARP. Service was prompt, friendly, and less $ than AAA.

We stopped by to request a trip ticket and thought we would have to wait a few days to get it. They processed it right then and there. Very friendly staff. Plans to go there for more help in the future.

I was very relaxed because I was being taken care of by a professional. She worked hard to help us have a marvelous vacation in Alaska. We were well taken care of, advised on the best plans and what would be expected of us. Great Job!

AAA Auto Doctor worked on my car before when they was working out of their home. I was satisfied with their work and only wanted them to deal with my Mercedes. I went back because my vehicle kept cutting off for no reason. They told me that I needed to get my oil filter changed on the vehicle also there was a leak in a canister that would effect my emission test. I told them to replace the filter and we will fix the canister at a later date since i was advised that this was not the problem. After driving the car from the shop to home it cut off 5 times and was worst than before. I called the mechanic back and was told that i need to drive and move the oil threw the new filter. Fast forward to 2 weeks and it was the same problem. I made a new appointment but from the advise of my wife that after 3 times going back for the same problem it was time to try another mechanic. I was called by Kevin asking if i was bringing the car in and i nicely told him about us trying a new mechanic and he said "Your car need a lot of work" which was news to us because he only mentioned 2 problems. He then went on to say "you don't have money to fix the car so we never told you about the other problems" what mechanic withhold information ???

We took the vehicle to a new mechanic and the only thing wrong with the vehicle was it needed a full tuneup, total system flush and new o2 sensors and the leaky canister i was told about was no leak and now the car works like it was first driven off the assembly line.

I initially loved these guys but now i will stay away like a plague.
