I had an infected bug bite and walked into this place and it was $125.00, then they wanted a recheck and it was another $125.00; The guy receptionist was a total jerk, would not call my insurance company to find out what the co-pays were and had an attitude both times I was there. I would not recommend This company at all or any other FastMed Urgent Care and they are worse than loan sharks. It would have been cheaper to go to the ER which is where I will go if I need a doctor.
Very unprofessional doctors and stuff. I went their with my child 2 times for the same thing and they kept prescribing medications for strep throat. After 15 days of not getting better we had to go to the emergency room to find out she never had a strep throat. It was a viral infection. They kept treating my kid for something she never had and she only felt worse. The doctor at the hospital told us that they were supposed to do a strep test first which they didn't. They just assumed wrong both times. I will never come back again.
great place and cheaper then regular dr.. i go here every 4 months for checkups... i was reading the other review that review is for nextcare i believe its a different company... FastMeds at this location is great... just make sure its not to busy.. it can be a long wait
What a big change from other methadone clinics I've been to since I moved to the valley. There is no wait, the staff is great, friendly counselors, and the medical staff knows what they are doing. I have found my home clinic.
A refreshing change from the average clinic experience. No wait service makes the entire process four star. the staff is genuine and does a great job. If you are looking for a home base in the East Valley check New Bridges out
GREAT NEW CLINIC, FRIENDLY STAFF NO WAITNG TIME!!!!!!!!
This clinic is excellent! Spanish is their primary language. Nonetheless, I was very satisfied. I thoroughly recommend this clinic!
I attended this NextCare clinic about a week ago suffering from a plugged ear. Because I was not claiming the treatment on my insurance and paying for it myself (and told the front desk person such), I asked at the desk how much the procedure would be. I was told it would be $132. I figured that, rather than wait a month or so until I got home, I would have it taken care of for that price. I was attended to by a doctor who confirmed within about 30 seconds that my ear was plugged. Another fellow came in and syringed my ear removing some debris. He looked in my ear and said it was clear. The doctor came back in and confirmed that it was clear, probably another 30 seconds worth of time. I still could not hear but figured my ear was full of water and that it would dry. When I went to the desk to pay, I was told the bill was $352. When I questioned the difference, I was told that $220 was to have a doctor look at me. The person at the desk knew I was from out of the country and that I was paying for the procedure myself. I feel that the information about the $220 was a fairly important piece of critical data to leave out. I paid and left the clinic, still unable to hear out of my ear. After 2 hours at home, I still could not hear and asked my wife to have a look in it. She exclaimed that, with the naked eye, she could see that it was still plugged. She removed one large piece of debris and washed out another slightly smaller piece at which point, I could hear again. I wrote a letter to firstname.lastname@example.org explaining the situation and I filled out a survey about the treatment I was given. I was asked, as part of the survey, if I wished a manager to call me. I replied yes. To this date, I have received no communication from NextCare to either my letter or the survey. I attended this clinic on the advice of a friend but I would not recommend anyone else use this facility. Apparently email@example.com doesn’t actually care.
