This is an amazingly clean laundromat in Mesa. Great customer service with very fast turn around. As other reviews state the A/C is wonderful in June and the proprietor seems to always have a smile and a kind word for you. I traveled far to find a laundromat with large washers but this is the kind of customer service that brings you back!

This is not a good place to do your laundry!1st there is no AC. They just open the doors for ventilation. In the AZ summers it's brutal! The customers are mostly women who have brought all their kids with them. They scream and yell, climb in/out of the machines, and urinate in them. That stays in that machine till the staff cleans it (seldom) or someone uses it! I'm not trying to be funny here. I've seen it happen on two different visits and reported to the staff. Each time they just ignore it. The parents seldom do anything to keep their kids in line.The 1 or two person staff do not speak English (or at least they act like they don't). They will ask you to point at a picture card to try to figure out what issue you are having. They are not good cleaners or good at solving anything. They will often cost you more by having you scan your card several times to get a machine to start, then deny understanding of English when you try to point out you were charged multiple times.While they have several TVs, all of them are always tuned to Telemundo or Univision (Spanish channels) and too low of volume to be heard anyway.All the washers and dryers use a card that you charge at the time you start the machine. The 1st time you get a card you get charged extra for it so don't throw it away if you are coming back. After that they give a buck or two extra to you for charging the card with $10 or $20 bills. One of the two machines to charge them is usually out of order. They are designed with charge values like $1.89 for a small wash just so you can't possibly keep track of how much your card still holds and to get you to come back since you still have a few cents left on your card each time. The only way to know how much is left is to put the card back in their machine to be charged or use it to purchase a wash/dry.There are only a very few regular sized top loading washers which they call "2 load washers". There are no one load washers. Divide the numbers of loads they say it is by two or three to get actual loads for most people. They also have side-loading washers listed from 3 to 8 loads. Almost all the washers are in bad shape especially the heavily used smaller ones. You often have to scan your card several times to get the washers started and often you get charged more than once.The one pop machine and candy machine almost always have an "Out of Order" sign on them. Then when they are not signed they just take your money and give no product or refund. It's not surprising as the kids love to cram stuff in the coin slots when no one watches them. Get your snacks elsewhere as this place’s machines will rip you off.The dryers do work better than the washers but you'll need to charge your card $0.89 two or more times to get a full dry of large loads. Usually about 1 out of every 10 of the dryers are Out of Order. The staff parks and leaves their vehicles in the driveway right in front of the doors. So getting in and out isn't so easy. There are about 15-20 spaces most of which are behind the building and some distance from the doors.Some days, like Tuesdays, there are cheaper deals but generally be prepared to pay between $1.89 to $7.89 for a washer and $0.89 for a dryer. You'll almost certainly get charged twice at least once or twice so plan on it. The cards readers all need to be replaced in the smaller washers as they are very poor at seeing the cards.
VERY CLEAN LAUNDROMAT! Amazing customer service! The laundromat is kept very clean and you'll see staff coming through often to make sure it stays well maintained. Air conditioned & great prices! They even have $1 Wednesdays! Phil is very caring, always here with a smile and makes customers feel at home and welcome. Being that I work in the customer service industry it's people like Phil who keep me coming back!
