When you call in with a question you will met with attitude and condescending remarks, “Do you know that you don’t have to sign a new lease.” When you ask to speak with a manager, the response will be “My manager is not in right now, but I could leave her a message” After a week you call in and ask for a manager, you’ll get the same response, then you ask to be transferred to a voicemail. Someone picks the phone and refuses to identify herself as a manager. Then this so called manager will conduct herself in the same manner as the first employee, “I’m sorry you feel that way, we were trying to be nice.” At this time I can’t be specific but, if Rosenbaum Realty Group has the opportunity to financially discriminate against its tenants, they will take advantage.If you have a maintenance request you will be forced to place the request online only later to see that the requested was closed without being completed. Send Rosenbaum Realty Group a list of major issues and you won’t receive a response. Whether you are looking for an apartment, home, or a property management company Rosenbaum Realty Group shouldn’t even be consider. Please don’t put your property in a legal bind, there plenty of other companies out.Keep looking until you find a better company!
I put an application in with these people and was denied without a cosigner. I had a veteran buddy be my cosigner, he passed the credit, passed the eviction, passed the background check. Still was denied and why you ask? Because he owns his own home. They said his rental history couldn't be established, meanwhile he also gave two previous landlord names and numbers. In the contract you sign, it says you won't say any disparaging comments or remarks so I have to be very careful not to put any feeling and solely trueth. I'm allowed to give advice that is true and isn't criminating to them. So I hope this information helps if you. Owning your own home you will be denied do to rental history not being establishable, if you need a cosigner again it doesn't matter about no evictions showing up on record because you still have no way of showing rental. Also I would suggest looking into BBB.org before doing anything with any company. They grade companies and have it free for the public to see. For those who don't understand what disparaging means (personally I thought it meant false reports) it means belittling, making little to nothing of. However you can tell what your experience with them without any personal feelings. Like I explain that I was denied and why. Obviously this isn't disparaging because it's exactly what they told me why my cosigner was denied! Thank you and have a great day.
