Be warned - this company is NOT detail oriented, and you might not get what you ordered!! I chose to go with RSG in December because their quote for a Velux skylight was a bit less than if I were to buy it from Home Depot or any of their competitors. And was supposed to arrive sooner as well.I was VERY specific about what I wanted ordered and even made sure to speak with manufacturer and get their product codes, instructions, and lead times. I only had one chance at this because I was getting a new roof put on my house and needed the skylight to arrive while I had the roofers to help me lift it (about 250lbs) and install it.The Rep who helped me did not double check with the Manufacturer to make sure my details matched my codes, so lo and behold, I received a skylight but without a blind. I reached out to share with him that the blind was not included and it needed to be ordered, only to hear him tell me it would be another $450 and I could order it directly from the manufacturer... and that he was "sorry". He did nothing to offer compensation for the mixup. and took zero responsibility. He blamed in on the manufacturer, stating that they should have questioned the description that said "Flat Venting CM Solar Blind".He also tried telling me that I would pay $2,031.00 after shipping and taxes had I gone to Home Depot which is absolutely not true because I can get free shipping to the HD near me and pick it up. Which is what I had to do with RSG anyhow. In a nut shell I paid $1696 for a skylight without a blind but could have paid $1788 to get what I wanted. And of course they wont refund me any discount for making this mistake because, guess what? This mistake made them money. At least $358.00 more money. Don't use a company who makes mistakes that they profit from. You had one job Mike Unger.
