First of all they do not answer the phone! Took me 3 weeks to get ahold of them. Then second the guy was totally RUDE! Then his website says FREE appliance removal, but when I asked he said it will be $50.00, when I told him that his website said free he had temper tantrum saying it was wrong. THEN.... he NEVER showed up to get my appliance! DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!

They offer installment here. So you can buy your favorite appliances at easy payment scheme. I'm so happy I was avail to avail.
Very strange experience. The website indicates that appliance removal is FREE. I called and scheduled an appointment, the gentleman told me $25 cash. No problem. He called at the scheduled time, and I pointed out that his site needed to be updated. He had a minor tantrum "Now, I don't want to pick it up" and told me to call someone else. I agreed and called someone else. Moody and very defensive, cost is about the same as City of Mesa so not sure why he was so defensive about updating his site.
SHAME on you Spencers. My 97-year-old grandma bought a stove from you OVER a month ago and STILL haven't delivered it. I flew in and the first place I went was to demand you deliver first thing Monday. You said it would be a 2-hour window yet you called 8 hours late. It's Tuesday and I just returned from Tucson and you STILL failed to deliver. She is far too sweet to say anything but I plan to post about your pathetic lack of professionalism everywhere I can. Buyer beware, Spencers has absolutely no problem keeping your money and not delivering their product.
I saw their ad on Craigslist and called to inquire about a TV they had advertised and the sales associate verified that it was in stock. We got to the store, and it was the floor model, the associate neglected to mention that on the phone. We debated for awhile and the salesman said that he would be getting more of the same model in a few weeks and we could bring it back and exchange it for one in the box. So, we purchased the Samsung 60" LED/HDTV for a reasonable price, I was still a little worried about it being the floor model, they are on 24/7 and who knows how many more hours this had left. We paid for the TV and he gave us the receipt and I noticed that he didn't put in writing the agreement to exchange it, he refused to put it in writing (of course) and said "don't worry, I'm a man of my word" and at that point he had already swiped my bank card, the transaction was done so I was stuck. A week later I took the TV back as he agreed and also because the set would intermittently go black at times and made a high pitch sound. Got up to the counter to exchange it and he said "I never told you that!" we argued back and forth and he refused to exchange it, even under the 90 day warranty because he didn't have that model in stock anymore, if I wanted to exchange it, it would cost ME an additional $60!!!! I had no other choice but to pay it, the set he originally sold me was defective. I was going to purchase a fridge that day also until they refused to live up to their warranty and promise, I will NEVER go back to this store again! A very expensive lesson learned. Their warranty is a joke!
He was supposed to remove a dryer for my granddaughter who lives in a large apartment complex. He called her and said he couldn't find her apartment.. She told him she could direct him to her apartment. He responded no, that he was tired of looking and was leaving. She would have to get someone else to pick it up. Very poor customer service.
I came in here and bought some things a couple of weeks ago and dealt with the biggest bully named Deborah. She was overly aggressive and talked down to me so I told her I wasn't buying anything from her and walked away. She followed me and whispered horrible things and called me a stupid old woman! I had to go up to the front desk and request that she be made to stop following and harassing me. The man there Marty told her to get away from me but that's it. She wasn't reprimanded for her behavior at all. I should not have given this company one red cent of my money. There's something seriously wrong with that woman and that's manager for letting her behave that way. This company deserves to go out of business.
Second time I've had Lewis and Sons come out, both times fixed the problem quickly at a reasonable price; and both times they came out promptly, and showed up in the time window they said they would.Even though this is the second time I've had them come out, it is the 3rd time they've helped me. The first time they told me how to fix the problem myself over the phone, no charge. Excellent customer service!
