UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICE

STEER AWAY FROM DOING BUSINESS HERE!! I REPEAT RUN AWAY! SERVICE DEPARTMENT WILL DAMAGE YOUR CAR FRY IT FOR AN EXAMPLE! AND CHARGE YOU THE COSTS OF REPAIR!

We Had An Issue With Our Lincoln...Since Our Car Had Always Been Serviced At A DEALERSHIP... We Brought It Here... WORST AND BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER!! To Get The Car Fixed They Did Their Own Diagnostic Test (error 307 cyl 7 misfire) So We Authorized The Repair It Cost Us $705 Bucks Which Is Fine....They Called Us 3 Days Later To Pick Up The Car And Apparently Nothing Was Fixed Same Sound, Stutter And Added Bonus We Had A Check Engine Light On This Time Which Wasn't There Before... After 2 Min We Returned The Car And Told Them This Isn't Fixed They Agreed To Look At It.....So We Left It There....They Had Called Us Couple Days After That And Told Us They Placed The Car On A Machine To Do Diagnostic Again And Apparently THEIR MACHINE FRIED OUR CAR!!!( Electrical System Is All Fried ) It Wont EVEN START!! They (SERVICE MANAGER JIM AND GENERAL MANAGER JIM) Admitted That And Said It Was A Act Of God! LOL My A$$!! I Told Them...That Is Their Problem They Are Responsible The Car Was In Their Care And Their System Fried It So They Have Got To Cover The Costs...Cost Being 1,200 Bucks....The Manager Told Me He Would Take Care Half The Bill Which Would Be 600 Bucks.... That's Still Unacceptable..... How Is It Our Fault? Why Do I Have To Pay For Their DAMAGE!! Manager Was Like " Well Your Car Is Over 100,000 Miles And It Break Down Alot In The Yrs To Come... SO IN OTHER WORDS WE SELL DAMAGED GOODS BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK?..what does that have to do with their negligence? Plus It Been Nearly 3 WEEKS Since The Initial Repair... So As You Can Tell THIS IS BAD FOR BUSINESS!! AND SURELY THEY WILL BE GETTING A SUPENA SOON!! HOPE THIS HELPS IN YOUR DECISION :) GOOD LUCK!
