My mother was so badly neglected here (in the 1 week she was here) that she was begging to be put into hospice (so she chose end of life care over this facility). The facility is disorganized, every nurse that i spoke to was either clueless or just downright rude (or both), the doctor hadn't even been in to see her for the entire week she was here (and her roommate there was witness to this). She was left in soiled diapers all day, always recieved her medication late, and when she would beg for someone to bring her the meds she was late for, she was often told "We have 20 other patients here...not just you!" I ended up having to call emergency services for my mother since they completely refused to do so because "they wouldn't be able to do anything for her anyways" and i quote. Turns out, the ER diagnosed my mother with pneumonia. This facility has the mentality that "Hey, if there likely to pass eventually anyways, why not let sickness and neglect speed up the process a bit!" Please, if you want what's best for your loved one, don't bring them here.

I lived in Nevada and had to reloacte to florida in a hurry, my mom has special needs. I was able to talk to the staff and go over any of my concerns. My mom has been there for severail months and the staff is always willing to help me when i come visit.
Finally a breath of fresh air! I meet with the marketing director. She met me at Cedar Creek and gave me a full tour. I was given her personal phone number and she returned every call i had and answered all my questions. Thank you for all your help.
I am so very happy that I placed my Mother here. We really searched Brevard County for an ALF that felt like home. The nursing staff is always helpful and greet me everytime they see my family and I visit the facility. The new activities director is a jewel. That has been a huge improvement for Cedar Creek. She really is a breath of fresh air for all of the residents. Keep up the work Cedar Creek.
We asked our residents and their family members, "What is the one thing you like best about living at Cedar Creek?" Here are some of their replies:"The overall package of living accommodations, services, amenities, ect. is what I like best about Cedar Creek Life Center.""The best thing about the facility is the personal attention given to resident care.""What I like best about Cedar Creek is the amount of attention that aids and nurses consistently demonstrate toward me. Their caring attitude is rarely seen in other facilities.""The outstanding, helpful employees that you can depend on are the best thing about Cedar Creek.""I love the friendliness of the staff and the security that this facility provides. The staff is very helpful.""I am very happy living here!!"
