Four Paw Spa at Merrimack Veterinary Hospital

Took my kitten to get grommed there last week and it seemed very nice with i walked in but when I went back to pick him up the groomer had already left and it cost $81!!!! In such shock of the price I did not say anything, paid, and left. When I got out to the car. I quickly let him out of the carrier so I could see my handsome boy. But when I took him out there was hair all over him, as if they did not brush him after. There was also dried on toothpaste all over his face. Why was this $81 if they did not even complete him and I had to do it when I got home? Overall not a good experience and will most definitely not be coming back here. Too expensive and not good quality at all. The one good thing was that he smelled good and still smells good a few days after. Would not recommend!!
