3 hours to see a financial manger, walked out on them. The tall guy in the back still had an attitude. This place is a Joke. Much happier at Monnee Victory. This is not a plug, Max has BOBO clowns working there.

My 30,000.00 dollar transaction was the worst transaction I have personally ever made. They lied flat out to my wife and I about how long it would take to get in their shop because they have no stock. .. they were to install my 10,000.00 worth of up grades. they didn't have it scheduled to get the shop work extras on we waited 4 -5 weeks to get it why wasn't it scheduled to be installed??? Then they forgot the rubber puck on the winch cable and I was told oh sorry about that ... not let me fix it before you take it home. Just took it for service called 3 days b4 taking it in. Told the guy on phone what machine it was and that we purchased it there and needed the second maintenance done . whatever manual says to do and inspect. Got a call from service telling me they don't have the air filter for the turbo model . after I called 3 days b4 going there so they could get the parts because turbo model have special filter system. I knew that but they didn't??? They SUCK!!!

I damaged the oil pan and faring on my 08 CBR1000RR. I had the bike towed to Maxim for it to be repaired entirely! I got a call telling me the bike was ready to pick up and take home a long two weeks later. They had no idea how long or how much the whole time until 3 days before it was ready. I got a call to pick it up and I arrived 10 minutes before they closed and was given my bill of $680 while the manager Jeff was on the phone with another customer. I was instructed to sign, at the dotted line and was handed the keys with out anyone looking the bike over with me or telling me that I shouldn’t actually ride it! I rode home and was happy to have it back. I didn’t get past the first highway entrance before ALL MY PLASTICS FLEW OFF THE BIKE!! Now they tell me I shouldn’t have rode the bike home and that they told me that when I picked it up and are REFUSING to fix it! I am relocating to Arizona and Mike the GM won’t return my calls nor will Jeff the service manager!
