Best car buying experience i ever had, was very easy and quick with very welcomed attention to all my questions before, during and after buying via phone, text, and in person. I will definitely consider them again in the future. I am happy to have received a great low interest rate on my loan with them. So overall i loved and am satisfied with the whole experience.
DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!!! They sold me a lemon. I have had the car 7 months and it is now UN-driveable. Now I am stuck with a broken car and a bill of $13,000. Tell your friends and family so the same does not happen to them. If I could give them no stars I would but the review is making me give them 1.
Never bought a car here, but i work at a pizza place and deliver here all the time. These people never have the decency to tip. It's disgusting that they can be so cruel and rude, especially when gas is $4 a gallon.
By far this is the worst car buying experience that I have ever had!! I wouldn't send my worst enemy to this place! The sales staff excels at selling CRAP!!! I purchased my Ford F150 a little over a month ago and have had it for less than a week! The vehicle was wrecked (Driver's door magnesium impact bar was pushed in) and it was not disclosed. It was easy to find the damage because the window would not roll down...so much for a quality inspection. The vehicle has been in the shop 3 times for the same complaint and they couldn't find the problem. Yet, 5 minutes at a COMPETENT mechanic and the problem was found!!! I also wonder why my truck's computer was wiped clean by CarMax prior to me taking it to my mechanic?? CarMax has also failed to disclose any warranty information....hmmm. Worse yet.....the service tech had enough gall to call my wife "sweatheat" and treated her like an incompetent idiot because of her gender!! My wife has more time under a greasy hood than most men. She is still fuming about being treated differently because of her breasts!!!
My advise to you...if you choose to buy some kinda vehicle from CarMax, contact the KY company to make the buying and service experience a little less rough...in the end!!!
